My dog was in severe breathing distress and I brought him in to be euthanized. I was crying. This was the worst day of my life. After ignoring my dog and I for ten minutes they said I didnt have an appointment. I thought I had called them but got them confused with Fountain Hills Veterinarian Hospital. My dog pooped on the floor. He is a highly trained dog so this was because he was so sick. After he did that I cleaned it up immediately and washed their floor. The lady at the desk seemed very annoyed and took air freshener and started spraying it all around her head in a dramatic fashion. The other girl came back to me after 15 to 20 minutes and said she could not help me and that I should go elsewhere. I went a couple blocks down to Fountain Hills Veterinarian Hospital and they were amazing. As a matter of fact they realized he had Valley Fever and could be cured. So in the end a very happy ending. No thanks to this place. These people should have offered to help me. I am new in town and had not gotten a vet yet.

I have taken my dogs to Dr Lynne Hoban for 6 years now. I have been treated with kindness and respect every time I have been in there without exception. This is the case from every member of the staff and both Dr. Hoban and Dr. Emerson. When I go in, whichever doctor or tech is helping me treats me like a friend and gives me all the time I need to ask questions and make sure I understand what is going on. Both my current and past dog loves going there too! Three or four times over the years I have gotten personal calls from Dr. Hoban ON THE WEEKEND when my dogs has a more serious issue that was treated on a Friday!
