I can not say enough good things about Las Sendas Animal Hospital! If you dont have time to read my raving review, call them and make your first appointment already (: . First let me start by saying that I have two dogs that are absolute polar opposites. One friendly, easy going Collie and one VERY temperamental, high anxiety Corgi. Both my pups see Dr. Clancy. She is by far the nicest, most caring and professional veterinarian they have seen .The staff are also so incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable, they always take the time to make sure we understand whats going on and that were comfortable. Because of my corgis temperament, its been difficult for me to have him properly checked up and cared for in the past. Dr Clancy, her staff and I were able to work together to get my Corgi in a place where he could finally be properly taken care of. Las Sendas Animal Hospital has done so much for my Corgi, they truly go above and beyond and I am very thankful for all that they do. My fur kids are my life and I will always trust Dr Clancy and her staff with their care.

I had the distinct pleasure of meeting dr clancy and her team today. I am absolutely thrilled with the care my pets received and the bedside manner of the staff. Two of my dogs got into a pretty serious dog fight, and Dr clancy was thorough and meticulous with her exams and incredibly professional and informative throughout. The two technicians who helped me were also top notch. I have worked in the vet field (and work at a valley hospital still- but the cost of care drove me to find a better priced facility) and am so impressed that the Arrow group has found such an outstanding team. The hospital itself was warm and welcoming and doesnt give off the we are new and working out the kinks vibe, but instead functions well as a cohesive unit. They wete happy to make mw two separate exam times so i could brink my dogs in one by one, and helped me load my dogs back into the car- and icingon the cake, were able to assit me with the stray dog i found on my way into them. Thank you, all! I am so glad to have found you!

We were in the market for a new vet since ours retired. We were afraid if being at a place that ran unnecessary and expensuce tests just to pad their wallets...been there, done that in the past. So after being with a vet for over 12 years and having poor previous experiences at other placez, we were nervous about finding and trusting someone new. We were quite surprised and pleased by their practice. Their prices are reasonable, staff is friendly and efficient, short wait time, and hours that fit into our work schedule. The vets and tech reall seem to care about the pets and view them as family and understand our bonds to our pets. Some vets are just cold and heartless, but not this practice. Warm and inviting (not to mention very clean) and our pets actually look forward to going there. So happy to have found them.

My dog was ill and luckily they had an opening as soon as they opened. They took great care of her and also went over with me explaining their reasons for certain tests and the results. My girl was severely ill and had to be put to rest. I was not expecting any delievery or anything in the mail from them but I did. It was beautiful and is still truly apperciated. Theyre very compasionate and love what they do. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of with unnessary tests. My concerns and questions were heard/answered and were never rushed. Thank you to the staff at Las Sendas.

Puppies really need that extra reassurance that the vet is a fun place to go. The staff made our Bernese Mountain Dog puppy, Jada, feel welcomed and loved instantly. They even gave her a teaspoon of wet food to eat (distraction) while they poked her with her necessary vaccinations. She didnt even feel the poke which gave me relief. Like many of us, I am a slightly over-protective pet mom to fur babies. I highly recommend the caring and genuine staff at Las Sendas Animal Hospital. Thank you!!

Dr Flores and her assistant Kathryn were extremely kind, professional, and caring when my daughters guinea pig was dying. They got us in right away and so kindly and gently ended his suffering. They brought him in to my daughter and let her hold him & say goodbye. Several days later, my daughter received a condolence card and flower seeds to plant. This experience could not have been handled any better. Thank you to Dr. Flores and Kathryn at Las Sendas Animal Hospital.

Unfortunately, I had to put my dog to rest, and Im glad that he went in a place that took care of him. These people are genuine, and they care about these animals immensely. Great people. After everything was done, they even sent me a hand written card. I might not have thought about leaving a review, but I feel like they 100% deserve a great review. If your animal needs an appointment, I recommend this location.

Great experience!! From the initial phone call to the exam everyone was very polite and informative.Took our 9 week puppy in and she was diagnosed with parvo..Gave us great at home advice and didnt pressure us into keeping our dog there for care or running unnecessary tests..Also followed up with a call the next day to see how she was doing. I would highly reccomend!!!

I took my chihuahua shitzshu in because she could not walk. Dr know right away what was around with her. And today she is great. She gets her medicine maybe once a week. I am very great full the Dr knew what was wrong. I recommend this hospital A+. And the staff was very nice.

I was not comfortable with the manner that the vet handled my case. The tests and ex-ray that was taken did not lead to any more information than I already knew. It was a great expense for no information.
