There is a woman named Adela that answered the phone when I called 9-16-15. She was beyond rude and has no place working in a doctors office. I showed up early to speak to the doctor because my son needed a psych med that can only be filled once it is out. Adela met me at the door with horrific body language swinging her head and waving her hands around as I was pleading how very important it is the doctor write my sons prescription. She continued to be rude and have a terrible attitude dismissing me. I asked for her name and again with a very condescending attitude proceeded to spell it out and refused to give me her last name. I am now awaiting to speak to the doctor to report her horrible service and explain the importance of my son getting the meds he needs to be ok.

Absolutely LOVE Dr. Patel and his staff. He has been our family pediatrician for 15years. He is always available, I can stop by anytime and never have to wait more than 10 mins. Ive tried several other pediatricians because we moved to N. Tampa.....NO ONE can compare. I trust him and his staff whole heartedly and gladly make the 35 minute drive!! I dont know what we will do when he retires?? My youngest is 2yrs old.....he has to tuff it out for at least 15 more years!! Thank you Dr. Patel and staff for your loving care and dedication!!

Out of 6 Pediatricians in Tampa / Brandon area Dr. Patel is the ONLY one that listened to me and helped me get help for my child. My 7 year old just got diagnosed with Autism and if it werent for Dr. Patel, they still would have been trying to convince me that hes just hyper. Thanks for the great work Dr. Patel and Staff!!!!

My son has down syndrome and we drive 40 minutes to Dr. Patels office on a monthly basis. His office staff has always been helpful and Dr.Patel is wonderful! We have been with him for 6 + years.
