Dr. Davison and her team are awesome! The ladies are always pleasant and wear the nicest shades of lipsticks! Dr. Davison explains everything so well that even my children can understand what is going on with their eyes. She has a screen on the wall that is similar to a smartboard in the rooms that she uses to bring up images to give you a visual explanation which I love because Im more of a visual, hands on learner. Also while waiting in the room there is a tablet stand that you can read about different things dealing with the eye such as nutrition, eye conditions , eye care, etc. I would definetly recommend Brilliant Eyes for your eyecare needs!

HORRIBLE STAFF! We had our appointments on Oct 31st and ordered 3 pairs of glasses (and paid for them). We were quoted 4-6 weeks. Dec 15th to Jan 15th I started calling and they kept telling me the glasses were not there yet. Finally I went in to the office on Jan 18th (10 weeks) and the girl checked. The glasses had been there since mid December!!! As if that isnt bad enough she REFUSED to let me pick them up because it was a Wednesday! Mind you, I am standing right in front of her, and she has the glasses in her hand but REFUSES to give them to me!!! NEVER AGAIN!

I have been going to Dr. Davison for several years now. I am no longer close to Brilliant Eyes but I will continue to go see Dr. Davison because she is very thorough and her staff is great! I have had an ongoing issue with dry eye and Dr. Davison has helped that to get better and I am now wearing my contacts again. I never feel rushed or hurried and I appreciate the care I am given. I will continue to go see Dr. Davison and her staff because that is where I get the best care!

The place is very nice looking however our first experience here was not so lovely. We scheduled and appointment two days in advance over the Internet when we arrived there was a horrible mix up and their system messed up our appointment which was horribly inconvenient. The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and continuously tried to blame us for her companys error! A true presentation of unprofessional and rude treatment. We definitely will not be visiting again.

I highly recommend Brilliant Eyes Vision Center! Everyone on staff has a loving warm hearted spirit, and all are very helpful in deciding the perfect frame specifically for you. They also have a large vaiety of frames to choose from, and are extremely thorough with your eye exam. I enjoyed my experience there and cant wait to pick up my new glasses! From the time I was greeted to the time I left, my overall experience with the staff at Brilliant Eyes Vision was EXCELLENT. Dr. Davison was very thorough in her examination and her explanations were easy to understand. The staff didnt pressure me and took their time with various test,eyeglass selection and coverage. My husband has a family history of glaucoma and blindness; therefore, he requires a medical eye exam. At Brilliant Eyes, Dr. Davidson examined his eyes thoroughly. Utilizing both her optometric skills and state-of-the-art equipment, were now confident that there is no sign of glaucoma or blindness in his eyes. We will return next year to rule out glaucoma and make sure his eyes are still healthy.

Of all the vision services I have had in my life, this one was the most thorough, pleasant, and comprehensive exam I have ever had. Dr. Davison went out of her way to help me understand the condition of my eyes. They also have a great selection of designer frames making the "going to have to wear glasses all the time" experience much more bearable (dare I even say exciting)!

I see Dr. Davidson every annual visit and she is ABSOLUTELY amazing! The staff is very nice and the environment is always very clean and cozy. They even have a smal play area which my son absolutely loved. Dr. Davidson is very knowledgeable and shes honest. My mom accompanied me on my last visit and said she thinks shes found a new eye doctor lol
