If no stars were an option thats what I would give them. I went in with a contact stuck in my eye. Lady asked for my insurance but then told me they cant take it because it was Saturday. She said I had to pay out of pocket. I said fine. There was no one in the office but the Dr, the lady behind the desk and myself. The Dr walked by me several times and never once asked to help me. They spoke between each other several times about how I would pay. They showed no concern about my eye issue and the last time they spoke it was directly in front of me and he asked her his is he going to pay. I lost it at that point and gave them a piece of my mind and left.

I like the Doctor he has a very good bed side manner and is professional. But he must not pay well as far as his staffing goes because they​ are not compitant very rude and lack custom service skills. If he hired educated staff he may fare better in getting clients but honestly no one wants to deal with a uneducated unprofessional front end .

My entire family sees Dr. Tabeling and have had nothing but a positive experience. He is wonderful with kids and adults alike. Highly recommend him!
