Terrible customer service from the wait staff as well as the doctor. I had a 20min wait even after calling to inform them I was running late for my appointment. No one bothered to apologize for the wait or give an explanation. The doctor came out and saw me sitting and didnt acknowledge me at all. She did introduce herself right before the exam. After the exam she walked me out- didnt say thank you or anything. They wont get my money/business ever again!

Called ahead to ask when they stop taking walkins, and they said 330, got there at 307 they told me they just changed thr policy that day to 3 and the lady on the phone hadnt been told. They said they couldnt work me in. I left work early to make sure i got there before 330 so i could go home quicker, since i lived 5 minutes away. Wound up going to lenscrafters @ perimeter, got everything done by 7 pm the same day.

They issued me the wrong prescription then made me pay for a new exam all about money dont even care for the patients im very evil and disappointed with service no help (only the eye doctor) Im to freaking pist with the unprofessional

Great company and wait staff but the fat male doctor was so rude and had the worse breath. He didnt start on my exam but still tried to charge. I wouldnt recommend anyone being seen by him. So I went Americas best by publix.
