I needed my eyeglass prescription filled quickly and the staff was so very accommodating. They showed me several options from which to choose and assisted me in making the best decision based upon my needs. A lady named Tiffany especially was very friendly, patient, accommodating and professional. The McIntosh Village location has become my new Togo place to get my prescription glasses!!

Just tried to make an appointment and they re-directed me back to my insurance company. I happened to know they took my insurance but was pretty shocked at the response. The place I usually take the family doesnt accept our new insurance but offered a reduced rate...Im going to pay the $70 bucks as thats how important customer service is to me as a consumer.

One star is generous. If your prescription isnt right be prepared to wait over an hour to get refunded your money minus the exam fee that obviously wasnt right in the first place. This store is a joke. Avoid at all costs.
