Eye appointment went just fine, I felt like the doctor and his support staff were efficient and easy to work with, no attempts to upsell me on products or procedures I dont need. I was extremely disappointed when it came time for the bill. When I scheduled the appointment, I only needed a contact lens fitting, I just had an eye exam and new glasses made in 2015. Not only was I billed for two appointments, but the woman at the front desk charged me full price for the contact lens fitting. She said my insurance only covered the eye exam. I went ahead and paid, but called my insurance company on the way home, and they confirmed that the contact lens fitting was covered and that Classic Vision had overcharged me. The CSR at VSP called them and spoke with Kaycee to get it resolved. Still waiting on my refund. I did not receive an apology or an offer to make it right other than doing the bare minimum of giving me my money back. My last eye appointment was 1/3 less than what Classic Vision Care charged me and my insurance. I felt like they double-billed me for two appointments to get more money. Be very clear about what you will be billed for BEFORE you go in for the appointment.

Atlanta Oncall

Ordered a pair of glasses and they told me they would be there in about a week. It was over two weeks. Called four times and I was told by the person at the front desk that they would see what the status of the glasses were and call me back in a few minutes. Never called for any of the times I called in. Called the fifth time and she tells me they are in. Glasses didnt fit right so I ordered another pair. The person who fitted the new glasses said she would see if she could get them in as soon as possible. Its been over three weeks and still no word from them. Ive called twice and was told by the front desk person they would just call me when they come in. Said the person who does the set up on the glasses is out and she has nothing to do with it, "sorry". Ive been going to Classic Vision Care since 1999 and have never got such poor service as I have in the past year. I would not recommend this place at all

Dr. Patel is very friendly and personable. Shes also very thorough. I mentioned to her that I have problems with my eyes staying red. She determined that my contact prescription was too strong. She gave me a sample to figure out my actual prescription and allowed me to try them out before I ordered my contacts. Her office received the contact order earlier than expected, and someone called me to let me know they have arrived. I would recommend visiting this office. The location is also very convenient, right across from the new Whole Foods!

Dr. Becker has taken care of the eyes in our family for 20+ years now! His expertise and knowledge, coupled with his caring demeanor, have brought us back to this practice year after year, even though our insurance will cover us somewhere else. I recently saw Dr. Patel, and was delighted to discover she is Dr. Beckers equal in both skill and personality. Personal care in a small practice where your doctor knows your name is sadly becoming more and more difficult to find. I am thankful Classic Vision Care continues to offer both.

I have been seeing an optometrist for 12 years now and just assumed they were all the same. I was VERY wrong. Classic Vision Care has a new costumer for life! They were great! The doctor actually spent time with me answering all my questions and explained everything in depth with me. For once Im not left with 20 questions when I leave the doctors office. They were aware of my "college kid budget" and helped picked the best contacts for me. I cannot say enough nice things about Classic!

Went here after going to another eye doctor first and not finding any glasses that I love. Came to Classic Vision Care for a specific brand of frames. From the start, the staff was very friendly and helpful in finding a pair of glasses that I love (this is pretty important to me since I will be wearing them all the time). A much different experience than the previous office I visited. I have already sent my husband there and will definitely recommend to friends!

Today was my first visit to Classic Vision Care, and I am very impressed. The entire staff was friendly, engaging, and honest. The office and equipment were up to date and clean. My appointment was at 1, and I was in until 2:30 completing eye measurements and picking out frames. I had no idea they closed at 2 on Saturdays until I left and saw the hours online. I was never rushed. How awesome! Hands down, the best customer service and eye care team.

reasonable price for eye exam. and contacts exam. went for the contacts exam and purchased contacts from them. So I dont know if the frames were good or cheap or what. Doctors were nice and friendly. staff were friendly too. wouldnt mind going back as a repeat customer for more eye exams and contacts. typical eye care place... nothing spectacular...or off the wall. I was satisfied overall.

I selected this office because of the telephone etiquette that was demonstrated as I shopped around for a new office. The entire staff was very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. During my eye exam, Dr. Patel was very professional, thorough and efficient. I highly recommend this office if you are searching for a new optometrist and want to feel like a patient and not a number.

I have been going to Classic Vision Care for around 15 years. They are always very professional and knowledgeable. Its been very easy to make appointments and they have been on time each time. They take the time to check everything out thoroughly and then get you on your way. The staff is friendly and courteous. Great experience all around.

Went to the VSP website to look up an vision care doctor and found classic vision care. Doctor Edward Carman and his staff were great, better than the franchises. They sat down with me to explain my exam step by step, never had that done with any other vision care provider. Frames and lens are at a great price too. Check it out

Just moved to the area and went here for my eye exam. Very impressed with both the office staff and the doctor. Everyone was professional and outgoing and made my visit enjoyable. They explained insurance coverage as well and let me know what was covered. Definitely will plan to use them in the future.

Great experience here with front desk staff and Dr. Becker. Even though I had to come back to pay more because they charged the wrong amount, they were courteous and apologetic about it. Dr. Becker is so nice and down-to-earth. Quick in and out, and the office is very clean and nicely decorated.
