I give the doctor and his office 5 stars. I have been a patient for almost 10 years, and have always been treated with kindness and respect. I bothers me that some people would use this forum to destroy his reputation, since my whole family and some of my friends go there and never had one complaint. In the waiting room patients rave about the office and staff So I question the review that was posted previously and believe this was out of malice. Unfortunately for that patient they are losing out on a wonderful doctor and a staff that would go out of their way to make patients feel comfortable and at home. Sometimes it may not be the staff, but the patient. I am going hard and defending my doctor because, his reputation in the community precedes him and it is not fair that some one will intentionally give him or his office such a review.

Dr. Srivastava and his entire staff are amazing. The nurses that check your vitals are so sweet and caring. The front desk is friendly, they communicate messages clearly and they always get back to me the same day regarding any questions I may have. He can be difficult to get into (because he is so good), but if you put yourself on the cancellation list, each time Ive had an appointment that week. He is knowledgeable, he found what was causing my high blood pressure issues when my regular primary care doctor told me that "some people just have it." Wait time is long but only because he takes the time to talk with you. I highly recommend.

Absolute best doctor I have ever known in my life. Very knowledgeable, patient, and down to earth. I do not have him as my PCP but Im planning to. I have seen doctor who has only 5 years of experience but acting nasty to his patient and staffs, but Dr. Srivastava is very humble even after so many years of practice. I would like to say thank you for being the person and a doctor he is directly to him, but I think this will be a better way to let everyone knows how good of a doctor and a person he is. Hes above and beyond doctor and we need more doctor like him.

This is not your ordinary doctor and such a rare find. It is refreshing to find a doctor who thinks outside the box. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and kind as well. After listening to him for a while, it is clearly evident that he keeps abreast of the latest medical news. He is wonderful, his staff is wonderful and I am never going to anyone else again. The first time I went to Dr Srivastava I was waiting more then 45 minutes or more past my appointment. Once I got to see the Dr. I understood WHY. Its because he takes his time with you, answers ANY questions you may have. And explains everything in a way we can understand. He is a humble man a rarity among doctors.

The office staff is unprofessional, and unorganized not to mention, rude. They did not follow up with critical information. Also, it is extremely hard to schedule an appointment, which at this point, I wouldnt bother. The dont seem to care much about their patients. Stay away!

Dr Srivastava and staff are the best I have ever dealt with. They are professional, friendly and helpful. The doctor is very knowledgeable and spends time making sure your questions are answered.

Staff is lazy. Refused to call and check if insurance is accepted. Before any appointment insurance is supposed to be ran to make sure coverage is still active.
