Don’t Go HERE!!!! If I could put negative stars I would. The staff is rude as well as the Dr. Pham. The line is long and takes a long time, which I don’t mind because that’s how most of the walk in medical centers are, but at least he should have some digital entertainment to make the waiting time fun. Dr. Pham is a businessman more than a doctor, his patients are money sights for him. One, Dr. Pham goes over his patients folder, looks at what’s wrong and prescribes the medications, then gets up opens the door of the office half way out the door he asks " Do u have any questions?", he does not care about sitting down and talking to his patients. Two, he makes you come to his office every month for prescription (a businessmen), even CVS pharmacy employees say is not necessary to visit his clinic every month. Third, don’t take out blood there you will wait 2 hours to do so and pay about $200. I went to take out blood only to check my diabetes status and he tests me for almost everything: HIV, cholesterol, hematocrit, chloride, etc, my bill came up to $300 and I have one of the best insurance coverage. Feel free to call CVS and ask them how long it takes for the clinic to respond back on a fax that CVS sends, I waited 5 days until I called and told them to do it, not once but three times this happened to me. This doctor is unethical!!!

I have to take my mother in law because my husband might get violent with this person who calls himself a doctor. I have seen him yell at his patients make them cry. And please dont ask him to do anything that would be helpful to you, he will just refuse. I have never in my 45 years seen a so called doctor refuse to help out a patient. It is just so hard to fathom. He sees his patients as $$$$$$ that is it. He writes prescriptions and will not give refills so you have to see him every month$$$$$. I guess he needs coin real bad. With the way he treats his patients he wont have many soon if any at all. His staff is a reflection of him, rude,rude and did I say ride!!! Dont walk away from this doc run, run as fast as you can!!!

I was referred by an associate last minute to his office, he was pretty much everything a physician should be these days, compassionate yet objective, Stern but was willing to work with my medical conditions and guide me in the right direction. I resolved a pharmacy issue and decided to work with the pharmacist I initially had chosen so everything else was on point! He is definitely looking out for your best interest and does his homework as any physician should do these days! I was greatful not to have to see some dodgy Nurse Practioner last minute! I would definitely recommend him to anyone especially someone looking for primary care at the last minute!! I will definitely. be back!

The staff so rude. I have never seen any smile from them. Take so long to see doctor. I can say around 3 hours. I waiting there more than 3 hours just to learned my blood test result. This clinic seem dont understand anything. Doctor refuse give me my medical record when I change to another doctor. And this is illegal. There are many good doctor around there and much better service also knowledge than this Lancaster clinic. I dont recommend this doctor.

Dr Pham was ok as our general physician, until there was an insurance issue and he or his staff wrote an incorrect code on my paperwork which resulted in me being billed. When i politely requested a correction, he immediately became quite rude and arrogant. This was never resolved because he refused to take any blame for himself or his staff and i have never returned.

Dr Pham has been with me for Ten or more years ,he is a very compassionate person , and is a natural in his doctoring, he took care of my husband , when he was at his worst, and lost his medical coverage,, he cared for him and kept him comfortable untill his dimise
