I have seen Dr. Katz for 6 (office & test) visits and 2 proceedures over a +/-5 year period. I found his office to be run in a very professional manner. Staff was friendly & courteous, & the facility was very clean & orderly. The wait times were short. The surgical proceedure/testing was over quickly & virtually painless, with anesthesiology staff doing a great job. Test results were presented clearly & professionally. Interface with insurance was handled by staff, & there was only one area where additional patient expenses were found after the proceedure & initial co-pays. Overall, I would recommend Digestive Disease Consultants & Dr. Katz to others seeking a gastroenterologist.
