I was very disappointed in the conduct of one of the female staff in the office. When I called regarding a question about an xray, I was treated very rudely and in a very condescending manor. I was told that the diagnosis on my sons chart was something that the doctor never mentioned to me in our visit. The staff told me that I was wrong...and was very rude about it. Though the doctor was kind, I do not recommend this doctor because he diagnosed something, but didnt ever inform us about it, and then one of his staff was short and rude in dealing with the questions about it.

I have had multiple surguries done by Dr.Bornstein. have been to his office many times and have never been treated any way other than kind! His office personel have always been kind and courteous and Dr. B is the epitome of kindness. I have recommended him to many of our clients and in fact found him because he had operated on a friend and her daughter and she gave him the same praise. AND my feet are now my friends after many years of just being a big pain.

The old lady that has worked there for over 18 years is sooo rude. She definetly needs to retired or find another job that doesnt involve "Customer service" because she definetly doesnt know the definition of this. Didnt get to see the Doctor. I made an appointment to see someone else. They have lost a patient with their rudeness.

Dr. Bornstein is a fantastic surgeon. Ive had 5 surgeries to repair an ankle I broke twice. Im walking today because of his work. That "old lady" under the surface is very kind, and the life blood of the practice. Just dont ask stupid questions and be respectful. Love the new office. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend.
