This place is horrible at communicating within its staff and to their customers. I had The Mirena IUD put in and they didnt even follow proper procedures. They just told me on my routine visit that its a really good contraception to use and all I had to do is schedule an appointment to get it placed in me. When I came to get it placed in me, Dr. Besong came in and asked if I had already gotten my sonogram done. I said no and he said that we shouldve have done that before the placement. I asked if we could still do it before I got it inserted and he said I should be fine. When I got it put in me, it was excruciating and they just told me that all women handle the procedure differently. I could barely walk and I was crying horribly. They gave me pain medicine that was like taking Midol. it didnt help at all. When I went back to get my sonogram afterwards, they said I had cysts on my ovaries. If I would have known that before, I would have never gotten this procedure. Now they still wont give me stronger medicine. Im getting this thing removed and never going back here!

Have yet to meet Dr Besong , but the staff is just something else! Ive come here to get checked out because Ive decided to start trying to conceive! I was judged on my age , weight & marriage situation. I get looked down on because of only being 21. Got told to " no more eating at mcdonalds " & was told im untraditional because I am not worried about getting married before I have a child. My personal life and well doing is MY business. Not an obgyns business. ( the shorter foreign lady is the one who told me this ) & in all didnt make me feel comfortable at all! The shorter black women ( i believe her name is beatrice ) is wonderful! She made me feel comfortable and explained everything to me to where i understood. I recommend her 100%. & i informed office that this is the only one I will be seen by. My appointments are always messed up also! I was scheduled 11am. Then called to reschedule at 9:30 , yet they dont open until 10 so Im stuck sitting in a car waiting an extra 30 minutes! Really hope they up their staff soon!

Personally, I dont think this Health Center deserves any stars. Your front desk staff is unprofessional and very rude when trying to make an appointment about a very important issue that needed to be addressed. I think they need to be evaluated on how they treat patients calling in with concerns! I had all of my information from my Insurance Company pre approved and your front desk staff was incredibly rude and cut me off mid conversation when simply asking for her to verify it. She then told me and I quote " You cant call a specialist just because you want to make an appointment." When I was directed from my Insurance Company to do so. I am going to another "Specialist" that was very professional and without any trouble! Thank you!

Been trying to get an appointment for a week, phone either rings or there is answering service. Either the Dr. dont care about patients (new or old), such so reflects on the treatment from his staff. You will not have my business and I will make sure everyone else knows too. Even the answering service said they are hard to get a hold of... Really? With all the negative reviews, I have made the right choice to report you and not give you the time of day!

My experience here was great everyone at the front was great they welcome be and my emotional support puppy with open hands.Very detailed and helpful in the front great people.Even in the back they were great also the nurse practitioner gave me hope she was very detailed and all around great I always go to gynecologist and it seem like they just didnt care.About my situation not here they was all around great and gave me hope thank you!!

Love Dr. Besong. Office staff is horrible. They dont listen to you, they get argumentative and have no clue what they are doing. Wish he would hire some experienced staff with good customer service skills. May stop using him just for this reason. Which is a shame because he is a great Dr. He is kind and gentle and knows how to lighten the mood when it can be very scary. He saved my life. But please get better staff.

Office staff is horrible. They are rude, will hang up on you and tell you what they believe is " Normal" when i know i its not. I will not be going back to this office. I do not have time for Snarky behavior out of young girls who think they own the place. The little girl who did my vitals is rude and refuses eye contact, not only that but she got my vitals wrong and laughed when i corrected her.

I love Dr. Besong. He has delivered all of my children. I have been with his office for almost 11 years and have always been more than happy with the treatment that is provided. I have recommend his practice to many of my friends and will continue to do so.
