As a patient of Dr. Shutte-Aine I can attest to his skills as not only a physician but to his passion for his work and the compassion for his patients. He expresses a genuine personal concern for his patients. I never feel like a mere customer standing at a supermarket deli counter where someone comes out and yells " NEXT ! " As most of us know...its the staff too, that makes the experience of a visit run smoothly and I find that they are most devoted and up to the task of making your visit a pleasant one. Always friendly and helpful and they go the extra mile without being asked.When it comes to the staff , it seems many folks are quick to complain but very retisent to praise the great work they do day after day. Rosemary....... youre terrific ! and both I and my wife adore you. We truly appreciate you. Craig Vale

The woman at the front desk with brown hair and glasses is so slow its actually painful to be there. Every time Im there Im re asked every question, phone number and insurance and yet they still call my boyfriends phone to contact me? I just went in to pick up a prescription and she tells me to sign in. Okay. 15 minutes later Im still sitting there because she just keeps checking people in and helping the line. I finally go up and ask the other woman to just give it to me and all she does is pull my prescription out of a folder that is sitting right on the desk. Thats all they had to do. Why wouldnt you just grab it for me and then continue with the line. So beyond aggravating. So so so slow and cant multi task. I swear I feel like I need to see a doctor for my stress and aggravation after I leave there.

Ive been with WVMA 30+ years - long enough that Im on my 3rd physician after the others retired or left. I love the staff here, especially JANICE at the front desk. Dr. Montaldo is compassionate, he listens and is knowledgeable. Ill do just about anything to stay under his care. I also appreciate April Morris. Shes WINDERFUL! Thank you all for everything you do!!

The front desk staff is RUDE and very unorganized! They continuously give out the wrong information which makes the patients run around in circles and waste precious time. Pam in the back on the other hand is GREAT! She is always pleasant and very helpful.

Appointments are never on time! I average waiting a hour past my scheduled appointment time 99.9% of the time. Certain nurses and staff are very judgmental. Nurses do not relay correct information to your doctor.
