DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE IF YOU LOVE THEM!!! VERY RUDE, INCONSIDERATE DOCTOR. I have 3 children whom have chronic asthma Dr Sandra Dee refused to prescribed them with the solution for the nebulizer machine and suggested that i just take them to the emergency room. then i asked for a preventative medication so we can figure out how to control their asthma. i was surprised and shocked when she told me she doesnt give out prescriptions like that. omg who is she AND WHO GAVE DR SANDRA LEE A LICENSE TO PRACTICE?? then!!!!...... my son has bumps on his skin, she told me the name. but didnt explain where they came from or how to treat it and when i asked she seemed so annoyed. its hard to get refills. just a horrible doctor. i did not feel any connection nor compassion. i end up keeping Dr.Dee as my childrens pediatrician but after one year i just had enough. when u have sick children u need a doctor whom can sympathize with u and your family. you need a compassionate, not rude! I finally switched doctors..... because two weeks my son had really bad congestion and the asthma was just lingering and she denied controlled medication and saline for the nebulizer. at this point its denying a child with proper medical treatments. and then there are cameras in the room!!!! the doctor said it was to monitor the cabinets....well every clinic Ive been to has locks on their cabinets and the only person whom holds the key is the doctor or the head nurse. i would never recommend stages to any one!!

I have 3 boys. They have been going to Dr. Dees office since they were born. Dr. Dee is wonderful, the nurses, and the front desk ladies are very nice as well! They all help whenever I need anything for my children. They are always fast and efficient! If it wasnt for Dr. Dee my oldest son who has autism would not have come as far as he has if it wasnt for her early intervention. She suggested and gave the referrals I needed for him to receive all of the therapy to help him. Dr. Dee has always treated my children with respect. Any questions I have she has answered. When my son was injured I was able to call her directly and ask her opinion on what I should do. They also have great hours and walk-in appointments which are always helpful! I have never had any of the problems the rest of the parents have complained about. Everyone has a different experience depending on how they treat others. Maybe they should have considered that before posting bad reviews about a great doctors office.

Doctor Sandra Dee treated my sons asthma 8 years ago when he was born. The problem was dealt with, but she always treated my son without any patience when he reached his toddler years. She once sent a nurse in after he slammed a drawer on the bottom of the bed he was going to be examined in. I was already reprimanding him over the fact. I ended up switching because she specifically told me to stay away from his ears for the moment being. She would use a tool to remove wax. The last time I took him was when she said infront of my toddler, "His ears are always dirty" and dug in and when my kid cried she became rough and non comforting to him. I was following her directions. there was no reason for her to say something like that infront of a child then be so rough out of anger. Kids will be kids and pediatricians should understand that they have feelings also. She doesnt even deserve one star. She also rushes you and doesnt let you ask questions as she is so busy.

mi hijo a visitado a la doctora desde que tiene sus 6 meses! ya va pa 3 ! la dra a sido muy buena! le hace estudios.lo chequea y me explica paso a paso! mi hijo le gusta a la doctora pq ella juega con el! hay que entender que cuando vas a una clinica tienes que estar consiente que no eres el unico paciente ahi! las chicas de la oficina de dr dee son buenisimas y estan al pendiente de todo! nunca eh tenido problema! mi hijo seguira ahi !!!! :)

DO NOT take your child to this doctor. They are absolutely horrible. The staff is so sweet and nice, but the actual doctors are terrible. They dig this long hard thing into your childs ears, making them scream. My six month old son was crying worse then he did when he received his shots, absolutely broke my heart. They dont care about what the parent has to say, at all.. My son was puking 3-4 times after EVERY feeding so I switched his formula, and she wont write a letter to WIC to switch his formula because "Its not a good enough reason".. He spits up 2-3 times a DAY now since we switched his formula. She is so rude, I cant get over how horrible a doctor this lady is. I found a new doctor as soon as I got home from this appointment, NOT RECOMMENDED! -- DO NOT SEE HER!!

Awful experience. She isnt very friendly nor understanding. She over prescribed blood work for my children outside of the pediatric guidelines costing me a fortune. When confronted she admitted ordering more tests than necessary. She isnt looking out for children or families, it is very sad.

i never been but when i first walked in there the staff was very rude to me! and it was over packed that when filling out papers for new patient i notice that they over booked and under staff reminds me of the wic office -- i also believe all clinics should have a play area for children

I have three boys and they have been going here for 5 years. She is direct and to the point. Since I have gotten to know her, she has been a great doctor. I have no complaints. She is thorough and helpful. She has a busy office so she is quick. She has never steered me wrong.

I have three grandchildren. Dr See has seen them sincer they were born. I could not see another doctor, she know them verg well and always treats them well. I highly recommend Dr Dee.
