The staff is extremely nice and the people who regularly go there seem to genuinely enjoy this office but my overall experience was underwhelming. I walked and rode the bus for 28 minutes with my 3 year old daughter to get to my appointment, which was at 2:00 pm. When I arrived it was no later than 1:35 pm. I assumed that I would be filling out new patient forms, but when I told the receptionist my name and appointment time she kindly told me I had a $3 co-pay (even though the co-pay is for people without insurance and I have medicaid which covers all my co-pays) and to take a seat. I was expecting to be waiting until at least 2:00 pm, my appointment time, since I was early. I was mistaken. As I waited I watched three people get checked in and go back before me: two on-time 2:00pm patients and one 2:20pm just on-time patient. Once the 2:20pm patient went back, my daughter and I left. I didnt think it was fair to my daughter or I to sit and wait another minute when wed already been waiting for 50 minutes to an hour. All in all, I was and still am outrageously offended (specially since the office is more than likely going to charge me $30 dollars for "cancelling" my appointment). Please dont waste your time here, especially if youre a new patient, have medicaid, or have a small child. Thanks for reading.

I have an emergency situation which was not addressed when I arrived at my first appointment. I was asked to pay $50 over the phone (w/debit card) which I assumed was to pay for the extraction of my chipped and badly decayed molar which was causing me pain. I was seen the same day I called but I was only given an oral exam, x-rays and a price list. I was told that all of my teeth needed to be extracted and that there was some infected areas. I am very concerned because I have no insurance. I was also told recently that a friend of my niece died suddenly due to dental problems. With no payment plan at this clinic, I was referred to U of Ms Dental School.

This place ia actually very pleasant. Both the front desk staff and dental staff are always very nice. I was traumatized at 8 years old by a very cruel dentist and it made me afraid of dentists but I feel okay now going here. Dr. Grant is very kind and actually listened to my concerns. I dont see any reason to go anywhere else ever again and I dont dread the thought of future appointments finally. Thank goodness. Very grateful.

Im trying to reschedule my appt and the number they have for this clinic doesnt even work and is ringing busy. How are you going to penalize somebody for not coming to the appt or rescheduling when their not doing their job. You guys need to get it together and hold up your end of the deal!! #PissedOffPatientWontBeComingBackAndWontBeReferringANYBODY

Worst experience ever! Pulled out my teeth on Halloween and now coming to Valentines day and still getting a run around. Going else where. Billing called and said I was approved but some young guy in the office refuses to help

I went there many times , they are nice. And I really dont like going to any doctor but the dentist there are nice and you may have to wait but , its Worth it when u leave with a nice white smile. And no pain
