Dr Malloy is very friendly and professional.But BEWARE of the nasty ignorant woman she is easy to pick out tall sour puss.My main problem is her and I will never return nor will my family and close friends.Picked out a frame was told they are on sale for $99. Said great my insurance will cover $90 and Ill cover the difference.Unfortunately I was told if you use your insurance you will pay full price and after the $90 from them youll still owe $152 just for the frame.When I questioned sour puss she told me you cant because thats a double discount??? I replied what if there $99 Whats the difference if I pay you $99 or my insurance pays you $90 &Igive you$9 all adds up to $99she told no it dont.So beware your not getting ripped off.There $99 sale was going to cost me $242.Maybe 90&152=$99 in her math books but not mine.

I have been a patient of Dr. Donna Malloy at Eyes First Vision Center for more than 20 years. She always does excellent, careful and very thorough eye exams. I also go to Eyes First as the staff absolutely wonderful. They are very knowledgable about insurance coverage and they have always graciously helped me pick out the best frames for my face. They were also able to get my prescription in an old pair of vintage glass frames I had. Eyes Vision Center is like my extended family and I always recommend them to all my friends. I have friends that travel out of their way to Manchester because they just love Dr. Donna Malloy and the great informative staff at Eyes First!!!

Dr. Malloy and staff are extremely knowledgeable and outgoing. They have stuck with me through several different eye issues that resulted in vision changes. Dr. Malloy showed her extreme concern for my situation and has made sure I have the best vision possible even if it is sometimes difficult. She is a caring, concerned, professional, and even when I myself feel bad that she is putting more work into keeping me healthy than insurance companies may cover, she does not slow down.. she is genuinely concerned for me and from my observations while I am in the office, other patients as well. Additionally, I hear positive comments from other patients

I see Dr. Malloy for my eye care and am very pleased. She is a wonderful doctor. Every time I go in her staff greats me with a friendly smile. I highly recommend her to every person who needs a new eye doctor. She is very thorough and pleasant. She takes her time with each patient with care. When picking out eye glasses, her staff is very accommodating. The prices are great for the quality of frames and lenses they carry. They never try to take your money, they take consideration of you finances and what you feel you need. They are the least pushy sales people that I have ever encountered. 5 stars all the way.

I was very pleased with my visit a few months ago. I wanted something a little different and Dr. Mallloy was willing to listen. She was able to fit me with just one contact to accommodate me being able to read and see without bifocals. I couldnt be happier. I brought my exchange student from Belgium to her also. She was unable to get her prescription renewed for 2 years in Belgium. Dr. Malloys office was able to navigate through the paperwork the insurance company was demanding on an international student and give her the corrected lenses she needed.

Dr. Malloy is a WONDERFUL doctor. She is always very accommodating and takes her time with every appointment! I HIGHLY recommend her to everybody! My whole family and a majority of my friends go to see her. Her staff is PHENMOINAL as well! Always very friendly and efficient. They make you feel very comfortable and are personable as well! They each take their time with picking out glasses with you and are always looking out for you! There is no other place I would go for such great care! If I could give more stars I would.

Ive been going to this office for several years and have always had a wonderful experience. The staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor always takes the time to answer any questions or address concerns. I have astigmatism, so fitting for contacts is very challenging, but Dr. Malloy does a great job finding just the right lense for me. I would recommend this practice whether you have a difficult prescription to fill or just need routine eye care.

The appointments were scheduled so there would be a minimal wait to see the Doctor. Which today is unbelievable. The staff were extremely professional and very pleasant. My wife and I were very pleased with the service and have already recommended several of our family and friends. We were both examined and fitted for glasses in less the an hour. Great service!!!

Ive been coming to Donna Malloy since my children were in elementary school and now they are 23. In that entire time she has been much more than responsive to every need Ive had regarding my eye sight, and has been extremely proactive in regard to my eye health. I couldnt imagine going to anyone else. Id recommend her to anyone in need of an optometrist.
