We have been going to Dr. Miglani for just over two years. My oldest son (now 7) started going there when he failed a vision test at his pediatrician. From the moment we walked in we were treated as one of the family, everybody was so warm and welcoming. We got my son his first pair of glasses there. Being only 5 it was important for him to feel comfortable. Angela and Dr. Miglani took so much time with him helping him find the perfect pair of cool kid glasses. When it came time for me to get my glasses, I purchased mine from them as well. Again, both the Dr and Anglea took great care in making sure that I was getting the correct frames. Fast forward one year and I am back for a check up and to get a new pair of glasses. Our house hold budget is tight (as we are a family of 5). I decided to go to a one-hour discount location instead of purchasing my glasses from Monroe Eye Care. In short...that was a mistake. I had NO personal attention in trying to find frames in my price range that look good on me and that are comfortable. I found what I thought was a good fit. One hour later I tried my glasses on and was not in love with them. I decided that maybe I just need some time to get use to them. After a few days passed I decided to back to Dr. Miglani and ask them there opinion (because I know that I would get an honest answer). Come to find out the lenses are of a poor quality and were not even in the correct placement for my eyes. I decided to take my other glasses back and purchase a new pair from Monroe Eye Care (what I should have done to begin with). The glasses that I am now wearing are super cute, fit my face perfectly, and my vision is perfect! I could not be more happy with the quality of care and product that we receive from Monroe Eye Care. If you have any doubts about them, take my advice and know they are fabulous and go above and beyond for their patients.

My mom and I both recently went here to get a check up because our insurance changed. My mom has had dry eyes and vision problems for the past few years and I have been having major headaches and struggling vision. My mom went there first and had nothing but good things to say about Dr. Shefali Miglani and her staff. So, after coming home from school I decided to head over there. Her staff and office was so welcoming and she spent so much time working with me to figure out the best prescription for me. We decided to go with progressives because of all the glasses i would have needed. I then went outside with Angela to look at glasses, I fell in love with my progressive frames and even decided to get new sunglasses. Their prices were very fair and they have a great selection. Angela also worked with me to make sure my glasses were perfect. Since going there I havent had any headaches, i can see so much better, and have been receiving tons of complements on my glasses and sunglasses. I highly recommend going here!!

Dr. Shefali and her staff are all wonderful and collectively, they made my experience complete — from checking in, the examination, to selection of frames and checking out. I went in for a routine exam and dry eyes; Dr. Shefali and her clinicians gave me a thorough exam using advanced equipment and procedures, as well as, options for treatment. She was also kind and took an interest in me personally. Additionally, I received follow-up emails and phone calls to remind me of upcoming appointments and to check in on progress or offer alternative treatment plans. I never waited long in-office and felt that my experience was individualized to my specific issues, and even, personality. The clinicians were friendly and took the time to properly explain processes and fit me for glasses, as well as choose a style that was an aesthetic fit. I have been back several times and had consistently excellent experiences. I will continue to do so, feeling confident that my eyes and person are well taken care of at Monroe Eye Care.

Computer these days have done nothing positive for my eyes. Ugh, and I hate it. I started to get headaches over the last few months and a friend of mine told me to visit Monroe Eye Care and go see Dr. Miglani. Oh boy was I missing out. Not only was my eye sight got extremely bad over the past one year but she told me exactly what I needed. After a detailed examination, I needed glasses with a slightly higher prescription in my left eye. The staff was extremely friendly and thank you Geeta (I think that was her name) for the frame recommendation. They look amazing on me. They gave a very warm and personalized service. Didnt feel rushed at all. The practice is nice and spacious without the clutter and gave a very professional look. Selection of glassware of quite vast and the prices were just right. Overall, I had a great first time experience at an eye doctor. I guess Ill be back for a second pair once I get used to these.

Upon purchasing glasses from Monroe Eye Care I had asked Dr. Miglani how she felt about Warby Parker glasses. She discouraged me from purchasing them because she said youre not going to get the same product online as you would in her office. Of course I didnt listen. They were a lot cheaper and I didnt have to inconvenience myself by going to an office for a fitting. I was TOTALLY WRONG. I should of taken Dr. Miglanis advice. The glasses did not fit right and and it was totally off when looking in all directions except straight. I sent them back for a new pair and they were still not right. I wound up returning them. The glasses in her office were far superior to the ones online in every way... comfort. visibility, durable, etc. I should of just listened to Dr. Miglani to begin with. Im constantly wearing the glasses I purchased from her office and plan to get my next pair there.

I had a good experience with Dr. Shefali is wonderful Her connection with patients is inspiring and you can tell she truly cares. and The staff at Monroe Eye Care are also very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. I came to her office because I did not get my eyes examined for over ten years and decided that it was time. It is conveniently located about 5 minutes from my house as well. I got an awesome pair of frames. I got a new prescription which helps me see much better I feel like it was worth the amount of money I paid and there are a lot of glasses to choose from. because the service was top notch and very professional, I would definitely recommend this doctor to anyone who needs to get their eyes checked!

Dr. Miglani and her staff are very friendly and very knowledgeable. It was easy to make an appointment that would not make me wait a long time for it. I went to the office on the day of my appointment and I was taken care of promptly. The staff that handled the testing did so in a friendly and efficient manner. When I met with Dr. Miglani, she explained the test results thoroughly and made sure that I understood everything that the results showed. She did not rush me through the discussion of the results nor through the checking of my eyes for any changes to my lens prescriptions. Overall I am very happy with the excellent service that they provide.
