I had an appointment this morning which required a referral. My Drs. office stated that it was done and ready on line. Horizon rep stated that they received it(received call the day before)and that I am all set. I got there for my appointment to find out that they had the old expired referral and NOT a new one. I was told that I could sit and wait and that it could be a very long time even though I had an appointment and The Galloway office staff stated that they had the referral there. When I asked to talk to a manager, I was given a number that went to the service. I called back the Galloway office again and was put on hold for quite a long time and then I was told that they just talked to the manager but the manager could not call me until Monday because the office that she was at today has no phone service for 4 days. ??? SO, I was told that there was nothing that they could do for me. Great customer service. NOT RECOMMENDED

Since google cannot understand a facility being open on different hours each day of the week here they are: Monday 8:30 to 5 Tuesday 8:30 to 6 Wednesday 8 to 4 Thursday 8 to 11 Friday 8 to 5 Saturday closed Sunday closed Nice place, they have helpful staff and a sweet fish tank.

I have insurance that covered my basic eye exam and glasses. But not contacts so I had to pay $50 just for "contact lens refitting" that I only got one sample pair.
