DO NOT RECOMMEND The front office staff is very unprofessional and outdated. They do not know the proper way to treat a patient. As a professional in the healthcare field myself, I find it sad and sickening that there are others in this field that act in this manner. I was treated horribly by the front office staff. After trying to change an appointment I decided to keep it. They must not have liked our conversation because they marked in their books that the appt was cancelled. When I arrived, they told me that they remembered my conversation and that "someone else" must have called to cancel it. It was almost as if they had rehearsed this in anticipation of me coming in to "get back at me". After being treated in a rude fashion and disrespected multiple times on the phone and in person, I told them that I would never come back to their office ever again and I walked out.
