Dr. Brian Smith is competent health care providing physician and one heck of a model American. My employer switched insurance this year and now Im out of network and have to pay 4 times as much to see him. No regrets though - he is more than worth it. Its easy to get an appointment in - with slots before and toward the end of the normal work days. The waiting room is clean and oderless. The office staff are efficient and friendly. Mindless TV plays in corner of waiting room and is kind of annoying but most people like having TV on so no stars off for that. Hes a man among men with a dynamic and rich personality and experience. My mother in law liked him so much that she referred him to me when I was in need of primary care doctor. I havent had any experience with how youth or younger people might respond to him. I like that he tells you like it is and doesnt try to add any extra fluff or hype or moralistic judgments. If you are looking for a lollipop or smoke and mirrors he might not be the best fit. Brian Smith has become a great doctor and healer after years of dedication to his purpose. Im grateful for him.

Dr. Smith is a pleasure to deal with, I have always had issues going to doctors in general, stemming from when I was a child and a doctor was very mean to me. I have a tendency to avoid doctors at all costs....unfortunately I could not with the latest ailment I had. After reading reviews online, I went to see Dr. Smith and I have to say I totally love him. He has a very calming and nurturing feel and is tentative. He greets you at the door to bring you into the medical room, not like other doctors where they have nurses that do that and takes his time with you to get to know you. Very patient man. I am glad that I found him and that my insurance covers me to visit him. I highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone who has white coat syndrome.

Dr. Brian Smith is the most patient, kind, friendly, educated, worldly, relatable, and hospitable human being. He is a wonderful Doctor that genuinely takes his time with each patient to see how theyre doing whether youre seeing him for a checkup or a cold. I went to the same pediatrician from the time I was born until I was 18, so needless to say I was very comfortable and was uneasy when I needed to find a new doctor. However, Dr. Smith made it such an easy adjustment and transition. He legitimately makes going to the doctor enjoyable along with everyone who works in his office. Couldnt be happier or feel more comfortable. Easy to get appointments and very personal. Love it here.

I like Dr Smith a lot. He is not the type to automatically place you on any prescriptions, he listens and is sincere in his advice. I am happy with him as my general practice Dr. I have had issues with the correspondence when it comes to getting lab results back and insurance billing sorted out... its taken 3-4 months to resolve a routine annual physical. I had a similar experience after last years as well.

My mom has been seeing Dr. Brian Smith as her primary care physician for the past 4 years. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. He explains things in a way that my 86 year old mother can understand. He also speaks directly to me to make sure that I understand the details that my mom wont retain. I would use Dr. Smith myself if his office wasnt 90 minutes from my home.

Dr. Smith is a wonderful doctor! Ive been a patient for over 10 years and refer everyone who is looking for a primary care doctor over to him. He is gentle and listens to all of your concerns. His staff has always been very helpful and pleasant. If you are looking for a kind, gentle, intelligent primary care physician.....you just found him!

Dr. Smith is incredible, he has an excellent bedside manner and is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. Hes knowledgeable and is willing to tell you whats going on. I recently had a test done, he reassured me and explained exactly what the procedure was. Highly recommend him.
