The sad truth is, if a person has a bad experience they are much more apt to leave a comment than someone who had a good experience....That being said heres my two cents......I had a very plain experience with the people at the reception desk.....Not great but by no means bad. Once I saw the doctor (Dr. James Pasternack) things were great....Not only did we have a great conversation about things out of the realm of eye care, but, we also had a great conversation about the reason for my visit....I left feeling assured about my eyes and the insights he provided. I also got my glasses here the optician was very competent and because of the great eyecare plan at work my total cost was zip, zilch, nada.... :) (A savings of $900+)

I went to this group because they participate in VSP. Good experience with both the office staff, technicians and doctor. Looking forward to filling my new prescription Wish they had longer hours for optical shop.

Very rude reciponist and people at the front desk. Didnt even get a chance to meet the doctors. The ladies at the front desk were enough for me to go elsewhere.
