Dr. Michiels is the most professional dentist as well as knowledgeable one I have ever seen. He found dental problems that were missed by other dentists in spite of my ongoing visits and complaints to those dentists. Dr. Michiels spends time diagnosing and listens to his patients! He works with my other doctors to coordinate his treatment too! Highly recommend him to everyone. Love his staff also, they go out of there way to be sure I am comfortable. I cant say enough good things about Dr. Michiels treatments. Thanks Dr. Michiels, and bless you!

Terry is a nice guy, and is very gentle with children. He has a treasure box in his office for kids to pick their favorite toys after the treatment. I was happy with his staff, too, that knowing my State of Illinois dental insurance was a pain in the neck, his staff has been extra patient to work with my insurance until all the payments came through; it really took a long time for them to wait, and I felt sorry for the wait.From the time Id been there, I have seen satified patients in his office, and this is a good sign that he cares about them.

My wife went in super anxious and nauseous about going to the dentist and came out feeling great. They even invited me back to comfort her and sit through the procedure when they could tell she was stressed out. I am very excited that she found such a great new dentist. All the reviews are true, he was fantastic and he even took our Tricare Dental Plan which is not easy to deal with. Dont be put off by all the fish decorations in the office, he is fantastic and very professional yet approachable and easy to talk to.

I saw Dr. Michiels for the first time this week. I am almost 70 years old and I have never had a Dr. apologize for not seeing me exactly at my scheduled time. Actually, he was only late by 15 minutes at the most. My experience was very positive and Dr. Terry now has another new patient.

been using this dentist for 6 years now. his staff is always very friendly, super easy to work with and Dr. Michels always goes step above to make sure I am 110% satisfied, no matter if we are dealing with cleaning or some major work. highly recommended.
