This place was hiring so I told my daughter to go apply, she graduated from a dental assisting program back in 2009 after graduating four months late had her first job, I have visited the offices where she had work, so I can get work done myself and all the doctors that she had work with salute me and say what a great dental assistant she is, the couldnt be happier, well long story make it short she was working for another dental practice so she thought this might be the place since it was so close to her new home she recently purchase , so she gave her two weeks notice at her previous office when she started by the end of December #Midwest Family Dental working with three different dentists before her training was finish she got fired, she seemed not to fit in there Circle, read between the lines if someone hires you and youre working with three different dentists that work differently how you going to give a person 14 days seriously that seems very unfair to me but its okay because my daughter will find something much better regard of this set back, So if youre interested in working here beware this office is a revolving door hopefully this is useful for any candidate thinking of working here make sure they wont fire you after 14 working days. Make sure you get in writing, take my daughter unfortunately situation and let it be a lesson. Att a caring Mother

I stumbled upon Midwest Family Dental when I had an appointment at the vision center next door. I wish I had found MFD before! Dr. Zach & all of the staff there are awesome! Ive never had an issue with any of them. The care I receive on each visit is the best Ive ever had with a dentist. Dr. Zach is very thorough. He is honestly the best dentist Ive ever had. Everything is explained, any questions answered & he apologizes while hes working when he is doing anything he thinks may be causing discomfort. He is great with whatever assistant he has at the time always saying "please & thank you." The staff greet me by name every time I walk in even before I make it the few steps to the desk to check in. They perform a vast number of dental procedures at MFD. (I wish I didnt have to go somewhere else for what I need next). I will use them any time I can (or need to). The way they treat me so kind is the way all places should be! I will always recommend them to anyone I know (or come in contact with) that asks me about a good dental office. Seriously, MFD is the absolute best in my opinion!

I was iffy to choose this as my new dental location due to the lack of review presence online but but I went today and it was the most time efficient/honest/friendly/comfortable dental experience ive ever had. I left and had met up with a girl friend and she joked about how excited I seemed about a dentist appointment. I cant wait to go back and get more work done. I am someone who had pushed off going for so long and was embarrassed to return, and the way I was treated at Midwest Family Dental has pushed all those fears and insecurities away. Dr. Zach Hernann is awesome!

I dont post any reviews at all. But I was happy with how my elderly mother was treated at this dental office. The ladies in reception were so patient and understanding and the staff over all were welcoming. Ive never been to a dental office so clean and up to date as this one. The staff speaks spanish and Dr. Hernann was so understanding of my mothers needs. Its hard to find an Office that accepts my mothers dental plan let alone that knows how to treat their patients. I honestly hate going to the dentist. I had a wisdom tooth that was cracked, broken and became very painful. I was referred to this place by a friend. My experience with this dental office was very pleasant and all of the staff were very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The doctor also have me a plan for other things that needed to be done in the future. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and I will be returning for my future needs!!

This office is wonderful with great staff. I took my 6 year old daughter to get her tooth pulled and the assistant that worked with her was amazing with her she made her feel calm. The doctor is very nice and know how to make the children feel comfortable. I will remain a patient here. I highly recommend this office Thank you

This is the worst dentist around here. Very VERY unprofessional staff that are extremely rude. They just hire anybody to work there. And the so called manager shes the worst and acts very racist. She greets who she wants to and doesnt even say thank you or anything on your way out. Never getting my business again!

When I first visited them with pain, dentist patiently answered all my questions and explained my situation. Im glad that I got the procedure from them. Now I do all my routine cleaning/checkups. Also, I felt the staffs were very friendly and eager to help me.

Unprofessional staff! The dentist are great but the receptionists need to learn some manners and better English! They are the reason y i am not returning and its upsetting because the dentist are actually great.
