I absolutely hate it do not go again do not go listen me and my boyfriend went for a regular checkup they told him he needed periodontal work but the insurance supposedly doesnt cover I was pretty confused but I trusted them they told me if he didnt get that done basically he wouldnt have any teeth left they scared the s*** out of me so I decided to get it done they charged my card right away I called the insurance the next day they told me they do cover that work and that my dentist needs to refund the amount that they charge my credit card ask my insurance to pay send in an invoice and then when I go and speak to the dentist they told me they already did that but remember they just told me my insurance doesnt cover and charged my card they never sent in an invoice they never even bothered asking or telling me if they should bother sending an invoice for something that my insurance does cover ask them to please refund my money they said it will take 60 days I call my insurance they say as soon as I get the invoice they can refund the money so as you can see all of these dumbasses are thieves they took my hard-earned money that I need it for my rent the ward me and told me all his teeth were going to fall out if I didnt do it call me naive but I believe a dentist place should be honest and not deceitful and lie to their customers and steal their money and not give it back to them I recommend nobody go there or you will be mistreated robbed and then when you go back and ask for refund they will basically mock you and laugh in your face especially the blonde woman at the front desk the manager I dont know how theyre still open and in business

Hola, I was really disappointed with the service. You make me feel like my teeth were falling apart an kind of rotten. I know I have not been able to visit a dentist lately but you should make your potential customers like they are taking the right step in visiting your office and not like you only care about the money. Even though I have insurance you wanted to charge an extra $500 on top of the cost my insurance cover. But more then the money the way you make me feel was like I should not even go to your office. You should say the truth on your adds on the news paper puro futbol. I hope another person can see this and dont get the same bad experience I had in your office.

The staff are so AWESOME! They are so lovely and caring. Dr. Galvez is such an amazing dentist and also the new Dr. Fatima they both do such a great job. The back ladies are so friendly and super sweet. I highly recommend people to come here they take care of you so well, they also give you a little tour of the office and a cute gift how awesome is that. I love coming to this dentist they have the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They explain really well your treatment plans and also the insurance. Keep up the hard work beautiful ladies.

I just had a great experience at the dentist. I really cannot believe that I just wrote that although it is true. This from a person who is fearful of sitting in the dental chair. Dr Galvez placed me at ease from the moment I walked into her office. She diagnosed my problem and fully explained my options. She delivered as promised. My teeth are fixed and my smile looks fantastic. Thanks Doc. I cant believe you could deliver a crown on same day. They are really the best and I referred my Mother

Worse place to go if you have a real job had a root canel done and was suppose to get a crown and never got it so I called them asking about it 2 months later and not only do they not have it they dident do the root canel right so I had to go somewhere else to have it done. They tell you only one hour and I was there for 4 hours as they left the room and worked on other people while I was waiting for them to finish me. Then they watch b.e.t while doing it

Terrible people skills. I changed dentists because I had new insurance. The dentist was terrible, I mean she said all this bad stuff about my teeth, and all I wanted was a consult on Invisilign and an annual cleaning/exam. I left feeling terrible. I went back to my old dentist and asked was my teeth that bad as she claimed, and he said not at all. She made me feel terrible about my self, and I take pride in my smile. I wouldnt personally go back.

Dr. Milagros Galvez is one of the Great Dentist. She understand the dental issues and treat it very well. I had bleeding while brushing and its gone after deep cleaning as suggested by Dr. Galvez. The Staffs are so friendly and get proper updates on email including reminders, post treatment instructions. Wish they could have all equipment in Hospital rather referring to other dental offices for scan.

Due to their lack of properly filling out insurance forms, my insurance denied a claim they submitted. THIS WAS THEIR FAULT. And the woman who does this is rude and nasty on the phone. The insurance company heard how she spoke to me and my wife and suggested we never go back there. Disgusting customer service skills. LEARN TO TALK TO PEOPLE IF YOU INTEND TO STAY OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!!!!

Dr. Galvez is an excellent and very caring dentist who will go above and beyond for you when you have dental issues. She is also extremely good at smile makeovers. I did a full smile makeover here and people cant believe how good the outcome was. I highly recommend Dr. Galvez to all my friends and family!
