Had to have a root canal after previous dentist screwed up a simple filling. I have avoided getting this done for two reasons, I have no dental insurance, and I have a very bad jaw. When I called, this office was so nice about my lack of funds, they worked with me and even set me up with Wells Fargo for a payment plan! When I went for the root canal my jaw locked up really bad. We had to take 4 brakes to hold hot packs to my face to loosen my jaw and relieve some of the pain. I had to be numbed 3 times because of the length of this ordeal. My one hour quick fix turned into over a three hour visit, making the whole staff stay past close and late to their evening plans I am sure. Not a single one complained or made me feel like an inconvenience. They were all there for me and checked on me constantly throughout. This day sucked, I am in a ton of pain and I hope to never need a root canal again. But if I do I will come back here hands down. Incredible staff, great teamwork and welcoming atmosphere. Also, I have very sensitive teeth and I have never had a dentist be able to fully numb me so I didnt feel a thing. This office did! My only pain was my jaw and that was out of their hands. Thank you all!!!!

Periodontal maintenance was great. Dental hygienist is wonderful! Have had a problem with one crown done three months ago was hoping to get it looked at by Dr Keyes. He was busy with root canal. So when done I asked when checking out when he would be able to see me, how long would I have to wait? They were very short with me and told me to wait in waiting room. They did not know how long I would have to wait. So I left. Now I will need to make another appointment and go back.

When I walked into his office in 2012, I had a low self esteem for because of my smile. I had to get a root canal done on one of my side teeth. I had severe pain and couldnt sleep for days. The staff was exceptional and when the Dentist did an awesome job. The procedure was not painful and they match the color of the crown with the rest of my teeth. You can not tell the difference. Im for sure going back whenever the time is necessary.

Made my daughter an appointment and when she got there all the paper work was filled out, they took her back and the Dr. Decided he didnt want to see her. He suggested she go to a pediatric dentist. If you dont want to do kids please say so when appointment is made. The date of birth is given at the time of appointment. My husband had to take time off work, she was pulled out of school and it was a waste of time.

Awesome! Really there to help the customer not only in it for your money.. They also do the best job as well and have great hospitality and they make sure you are comfortable .by all means i would highly recommend "dental partners" to everyone.. Best dentist Ive ever been to.
