Wow, This is the BEST Dental experience I have ever had. Where do I begin? From the moment you walk in your welcomed with a beautiful office and friendly receptionist , Aside from being very professional my Hygienist made sure I was comfortable and felt absolutely no pain whatsoever, I loved how I was being walked thru the entire process before and as it was happening so I got a full understanding of what was going on all the while making sure I was fine. Dr. Bagwell apart from being the professional he is really made sure he has a top notch team on par with his standards, I would highly recommend going to Smiles Dental Design for your next Visit, you owe it to yourself and your teeth to get the best care possible and this is definitely it. Well worth the hour drive from Orlando as no other place can compare.

This is the BEST Dental experience I have since moving here from Winter Park 17 years ago. From the moment you walk into the office you are welcomed with a beautiful office and with a cheerfully friendly receptionist Kim , there is always coffee, tea, etc., if there is time before your escorted in :) there is never a long wait time because when they give you an appointment that is exactly what it is. Not like others that schedule an appointment and then you have to wait forever You are never rushed out. The hygienist are all very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious for our comfort and ease. Dr. Bagwell has all the up-to-date dental equipment for any situation and needs. Dr. Bagwell and his complete staff is very pleasant, courteous and respectful and always smiling and cheerful :)

One of the highest levels of professionalism and skill Ive witnessed in the medical field. Called at 8:30 AM as a new patient and they saw me at 10:30 that same morning for an emergency extraction. Dre walked me back and made me feel completely at ease. Extraction was done in 20 minutes. Dr. Bagwell is clearly gifted and at the top of his field. He called me himself the next evening to check on my recovery. Torrential downpour when I went back for the follow-up, and Kim at reception walked me to my car with a massive umbrella in the middle of a monsoon. UNBELIEVABLE. I am in love with this place!!!!! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!!!

This is by far the most welcoming experience I have ever had at a dentist office. I normally get very nervous in any medical setting, however, the staff and Dr. Bagwell made me feel more than welcome all the way from the coffee and water offered at the door to the conversations during my appointment. I will never trust my teeth to any other person. Not only can Brad Bagwell be trusted with his work but you can rest easy knowing that you are getting the highest quality treatment and expert advice available.

I had a molar replaced today by Dr. Brad Bagwell. It had to be replaced with a new tooth. I actually watched it being made; it only took about fifteen minutes. There was no pain and very little discomfort. The best part is that you get to leave with your new tooth, no waiting. I was in and out in about one and a half hours - awesome! Dr. Brad and his assistant are wonderful to work with. Dr. Bagwell is very gentle and friendly. If you need any dental work done, this is the place to go!
