Today was my first visit to Dr. Durhams office and I must say that I have not experienced such wonderful customer service as I received this morning. From the moment you walk in the door until you leave you are greeted with smiles, coffee, a warm cookie & even hugs!! Karen was amazing explaining all my option with me, going into detail of what I needed to do health wise before even going into the cosmetics of things. She sat with me for over an hour and answered ALL of my questions with out hesitation. She has put my fears to rest about having dental work done and has actually made me look forward to getting started, seeing my end results!!! I look forward to meeting Dr. Durham on my next visit I am sure he will be just as friendly & welcoming as his wonderful staff So I now can say I am ready to rock a beautiful smile with the help of the Durham Dental Team!!!! Being around the Dental field for nearly 15 years, It is just as difficult to find a dental home to satisfy your professional needs as it is for a patient looking for the best care. Dr Stephen Durham and our Amazing Team has made me feel like a part of the family from the moment I came through the door. A Doctor who treats his Team like he treats his Wife, and treats the Patients like he treats his Team. The dynamics of the Team, have been a positive direction in my own life and are like my family. Driving from Georgia everyday to go to work seems a bit much to some people, but to me it is a pure enjoyment and I cant wait to walk through the front door of the office. A Tender Touch, Pain Free Dentistry, and Relationships that Last Beyond Your Treatment...I found my own Dental Home!

These guys are the best! I actually enjoy going to the dentist. They use phenomenal numbing gel so putting the anesthesia in is painless. Have had a cracked filling fixed, a painless root canal (yes painless), and best of all I went through the 6 month smiles program and can smile now without being self conscious for the first time in my life! Cant recommend the team strongly enough. I am also a chiropractor in town and have referred several patients suffering from TMJ disorder to them (because Dr. Durham has the highest certification of neuromuscular dentistry available) with excellent results. Thank you Durham Dental!!!

Hands down the best dental practice we have ever been to. Everyone from the front desk to the dental staff and especially Dr. Durham were very caring and made for a fun, supportive environment. No matter what your dental needs are, this is the place you want to go. Brought my mum in for the first time and she now comes up from Florida as their customer service is unparalleled. And they have cookies and hot chocolate, need I say more?

I have been to a lot of dentist my entire life, plagued with major dental work. Dr. Durham and his staff made me feel comfortable with my situation, took the time to go over my options, even took the time to help me arrange the financing I needed to move toward my goals.
