Oy.....where do I even start?! Initially I had a good experience. When I called Dr. Saters office to find out if they were part of our network and to make appointments for me and two of my children, the receptionist was very pleasant and I felt she went out of her way to get everything set up for us. We had some issues with the military insurance but she helped get everything taken care of. I even brought her a card of thanks when I went in. Our appointments were on February 19th. We all got cleanings & x-rays and my daughter got two sealants. Everything should have been covered 100% except the sealants. But Dr. Sater assured us that if they werent covered he wouldnt charge us. I go to pay and they tell me that both of the children are being sent home with at-home flouride to apply before bed. They tell me that I owe $150 each up front. I was stunned. Ive never heard of such a thing. Thats $450!! But the receptionist quickly assured me that I would be issued a refund once our insurance covered everything. I didnt like it but I was pleasant and agreed knowing my insurance would definitely be paying. A couple weeks pass and we get our statement from the insurance company. The dentist over charged us for everything, tried to charge us for an adult cleaning for my 8 year old, charged us for flouride for me that I didnt receive. So I keep an eye on my credit card statement waiting for that reimbursement.....and waiting.....and waiting. Finally, several weeks later I call to ask when I will be reimbursed. No answer. So I leave a message. I wait several days with no call back. I call again. No call back. So my husband gets involved. Messages go without return calls. He finally leaves a message letting them know hell be stopping by after work and they call him back. Then its one thing after another resulting in a dozen more calls and reasons why we arent being reimbursed. Long story short, my husband DID have to go down there and they gave him a check for $278.80 today (March 18th). These people are crooks. Not only will I not be returning, I will be leaving this review on all of the review sites. During all of the trouble of getting them to return our calls, I went on Facebook and asked if any of my local friends had any experience with Dr. Safer. Not one good feedback out of about a dozen was given. Its a shame all those people didnt leave reviews. Businesses like this should be put out of business.

I had an extensive amount of dental work done with Dr. Sater & he did a wonderful job during the 4-5 hours that it took. My recovery went well & he & his office staff followed up with me while I recovered at home. The dental office is always clean, the staff is always kind. courteous, and efficient. Dr. Sater explains what needs to be done and why. He explained what my options were and I picked the best one for me. I am now 6 months out and very, very happy that I had the work done with a dentist that was reputable and worth every penny that I paid. Do not pay less for a dentist and be sorry later!! My daughter just went to him last month and is also very happy with his work and office staff also!! Thank you so much to Dr. Sater, Lisa and the rest of the staff!!!

I went to Dr. Saters office for a check up and preventative cleaning. The office was clean and had a welcoming southwestern feel. The hygienist did a spectacular job on my cleaning. Dr. Sater came into the room and showed me my x-rays and talked about a problem tooth of mine. I was in need of a crown repair from years in the past. He explained my options on treatment including extraction, refitting, and adjustment. No one likes paying for their teeth, but I was happy to know the my options. I chose to have a new crown refitted, the old crown was horrible, I am SO happy with my choice. A month post-op my mouth is completely healed, it looks AMAZING and feels so much better than in did before. I was able to finance it with no additional charge. Thanks Dr. Sater!

Dr. Craig A. Sater has provided my dental care for several years. He is conscientious, caring, and patient. The office staff is extremely pleasant and personable. His facility is clean, neat, and organized. He takes a detailed medical history and reviews current medications before administering any type of anesthesia to be sure there are no contra-indications. One time he called my medical doctor to be certain I was able to undergo a procedure. His prices are in line and sometimes less than other dentists. Dr. Sater is definitely a Five Star professional!! I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with dental issues.

I called Dr. Saters office to ask if they took my insurance. At first, the receptionist was very helpful at trying to get my insurance coverage info, during this phone call I found out that they take Cigna. Unfortunately, they did not return my phone call. I waited two weeks and still no return call. I eventually had to call back and they informed me that had lost information and paperwork, had to give them all my information again. They became increasingly rude and we played phone tag a bit until eventually they informed me that they were not in network for Metlife. Not a fan.

Been going to Dr. Sater for years and found him to be the best dentist around. He seems to really know what he is doing. He helped my son when he was in the hospital with blood poisoning and in pain. Had to sign him out of hospital and go to Dr. Sater. He prescribed medication for both and stopped his pain immediately. He is very gentle, caring and helpful in every way. His office staff is great and very helpful with your concerns. I wouldnt have anyone else. Saved my sons life with blood poisoning.

I had to have several fillings, a cap and 4 wisdom teeth out recently. I chose Dr Sater since he does IV Sedation! The experience was very good, I was relaxed and seemed to worry very little about the treatment. I was not too sore afterwards. His staff was nice and took good care of me. They submitted the work to the insurance company for me. I would highly recommend!

Had a tooth cleaning, got a bill for ~$300 even though my insurance covers cleanings 100%. The dentist claimed I had a filling and needed to pay for it. I had to go back to the office to prove that I never had a filling. EDIT: To their credit, the dental office did see me, checked that I didnt have a filling, and fixed the charges.

The Doctor is Highly qualified and expert at performing a range of services. Also, the support staff has been with the office for a long duration and the result is an overall feeling of competent and thorough interaction and performance. I would recommend this Dental Team to anybody in need of either basic or major dental work.

Dr. Sater has been my family dentist for 25 to 30 years. I have always been very happy. He took my wisdom teeth out under sedation and that went very well. Hes worked on my husband and our children. He is kind and explains everything. Natalie upfront has helped process all my insurance. I have been very happy.
