My husband took my daughter here today 6.15.17 for first dental visit. The experience was horrible. It was very busy and everyone was rushing. The translator was not translating everything my husband said or asked to the dentist. Instead she was giving her own opinion. As a result his questions were not fully answered. They wanted him to sign off on treatment quickly. I called and left a request for a manager to call back. I have yet to receive a call from the manager. This place is horrible. Unprofessional. Bad customer service. We will never return to this place. Forgot to mention that the lady that picked up the phone said they were short staffed. I told her if thats the case then dont book that many appointments. They left my daughter a super energetic 6-year-old waiting for at least 30 minutes in the chair to attend other children. All they care about is the money and not the patients. We will never come back to this place.

My daughter started out here, so far she has had a total of 3 appointments and each one of them I had to wait over 35 minutes to be seen even though I was early for my appointment each time, today I waited 45 minutes. When we left my daughter told me that the lady working on her teeth was gossiping with another person working on another young persons teeth; along with some other issues. The reason I gave this review a "1" was due to the ladies at the check-out and the receptionist/check-in person. They are always efficient and friendly, they also go above and beyond about contacting you about your appointment. I would say dont judge all Smile Starters by this review. I know I wont be returning to this particular one.

Todo estaba excelente antes pero esta cita solo por llegar 5 minutos tarde ya no quisieron atender a mi hija y ello si puede uno esperarlos yo esperando más de una hora para q puedan checar mi hija y ellos salen muy delicados más la recepcionista que me atendió muy mal servicio

my daughter had four crowns put on last year and two of them broke and they said it is not ther fault and medicaid wont pay for it again so they cant fix it!One of them broke while they was cleaning them!I dont think she ever needed them!They dont care about any childs smile they just want the money!!

Wait time to be seen was decent considering I showed up a few minutes late. The women here will be in the middle of a procedure with a patient, completely stop what theyre doing, do something else, and come back 5-10 minutes later. Very unprofessional.

Dr. Gouch always tells me Im such a good patient. Well, hes an excellent dentist. Ive been going to him for 30 years. I would reccomend him to anyone looking for a dentist.
