I was given an information on the phone free consultation if I had decided to do the work which I was. when I got there the receptionist said she had no knowedge of who had given me that info but that I had to pay the consultation to see the doctor. she was rude and very unprofessional after I had been a patient there before of the previous doctor who retired. I never got to see the doctor so I left. next day someone called me to apologized and said the girl in the front desk was not aware of my case. I think she should of been informed. they dont communicate with each other. the doctor can be nice extra but how can u go see a doctor in which I never saw when u get treated like shot through the front desk. very unprofessional. they lost me as a patient and very good patient because Im self pay, I dont have dental insurance like most people. honestly I was very disappointed since I thought the doctor that day was going to see me and fix my teeth instead I argued with front desk and came out upset and drove an hour for nothing since I live an hour away. no consideration what so ever. I dont recommend this place at all.

I would give them a negative star if I could! BEWARE OF Doc. Mendez and the hygienist they have. They will ruin your mouth if you are not careful. As well as your money. They said I had 7 cavities, and that I needed a deep cleaning. The deep cleaning was around $1300, and each cavity around $150-$250 each. Note: it has been less then 1yr I went to the dentist, the last time I went I actually did have a deep cleaning (first one in my whole life). I used to go with another dentist that moved to Texas. To make the story short I went to another dentist and they checked me and found 0 cavity, and they did a regular cleaning for $50 dollars. P.S. beware of the dentists of babtist hospital in kendall and 87 Ave... many years ago I had the same issue with them and I went to my dentist to confirm if it was true and she said no it is false...(just incase you want to know I went to another dentist because my dental insurance was not covered my dentist). Good rule of thumb: have your mouth checked by more then one dentist before you get work done. Unless you trust them 100%.

Great Experience today March 28th and happy that I got this second opinion. I have changed dentist now to Dr. Menendez. I came to this practice after a few referrals and ratings seen and the other dentist I had been going to I was no longer feeling his interest were on right track. I went to see Dr. Menendez today March 28th and I was amazed as he preety much re-assured me of what I knew was wrong but also advised me that this much needed second opinion was correct because I did not have the cavity that the other dentist said I did. I am now going for a deep cleaning on march 29, so I will meet the hygenist and advise. But for having never had changed my dentist until now due he doesnt seem he cares, I am so happy I did do a second opinion and I am now at ease with this practice and recommend them highly.

Horrible experience. First time for cleaning was done well. When I went in the 2nd time to do my filling, if you see the female doctor walk in with heels, RUN! She is extremely rude, the assistants just stand there and watch TV rather than pay attention to their patient that is DROWNING IN WATER!! I swear, the DR. did not want wait for the anesthesia to kick in before drilling into my tooth. Worst doctor ever and super unproffesional. Putting tools on my chest like as if I am a table while numb. WTF??? I DO NOT RECOMMEND. FIND YOURSELF SOMEONE WHO TRULY CARES ABOUT YOUR SMILE

Reach MDA with a big problem in a tooth holding a fixed bridge. Deftly Dr. Menendez removed the bridge and worked the piece that was necrotic. Finally he managed to solve the problem. He and his assistant treated me very professionally and with great affection because get very nervous. And besides, what tastiest Cafecito got. thanks MDA.
