Worst clinic ever! Please do not take your pets there. My dog contracted a SEVERE case of fleas. Dr. Latimer was/is very much aware, fleas are an issue for dogs in Texas. She NEVER recommended or suggested, anything to protect my dog. My dog has suffered severely, and is still not well. This has all being going on since May 2016. My dog has endured severe pain, loss of hair, intense itching, injections, excessive bleeding, lab tests to check her internal organs, as the medication to kill the fleas can cause permanent damage. My dog is still lethargic, and is not the pet she was, before we went to this clinic. She was a very happy girl, before all this happened. There are still more meds for her to take, as well as more labs to check her internal organs. I am very, very angry this has happened to my dog, especially when it was preventable. Dr. Latimer WAS negligent. NO animal deserves this treatment. The Vets that have treated my dog since this happened, are NOT from this clinic, and both are appalled that any Vet would allow this to happen. It was preventable, but you have to have a Vet that cares, and Dr. Latimer has proven by her actions, she does not care. Dr. Latimer has offered NOTHING for compensation, even though, to date I have been out hundreds of dollars. We are headed to Court. I WILL NOT let a senseless illness, at the hands of an incompetent Vet go... Dr. Latimer has "attempted" to use a no name insurance company to fight for her. The insurance company has no EXPERTS. While it appears they are a "fly by night company", they are able to verify, my dog was happy and healthy before the visit to Dr. Latimer. Please, if you truly love your pets. do not use this clinic. My heart is broke, for what my dog has, and continues to go through. Her treatment is not over, for a senseless and preventable illness...

Walnut Creek Clinic has been a part of our family for over 20 years. They have helped us raise six dogs and eight cats. All have lived wonderful, happy lives. The Walnut Creek veternarians and staff have been professional, attentive and supportive of our pets health. They have cared for us through routine visits to some really serious problems. They always greet us with a smile, take time to thoroughly explain issues, and provide me options for caring for my pets. They listen to my concerns and get to know each individual animal. I think they are one of the best clinics around and would recommend them to anyone!

I loved Dr. Duncan, she always told you what was necessary and what was a waste, she was the reason I went there. Now that she left and Ive tried the other veterinarians, I really dont care for any of them or how they all try to sell you on excessive services. My mother stopped taking her dogs here once they told her they now require a certain vaccine to be given twice a year and no other clinic requires that. I believe whatever change this clinic went through, they now only care about money and not the well being of my pets. My mother and I are both looking for a new clinic.

I used to love this clinic. They really care about your pets and are very kind. Unfortunately they have become extortionately expensive. A medical provider should discuss costs of services in advance to allow patients to choose the options that they can afford. Weve had too many simple visits turn into hundreds of dollars for tests that showed no problem. On another occasion we were charged several hundreds of dollars for lab testing which they outsource. I contacted the lab and discovered they charge just $50 to run the test - the difference was pure profit.

We have used Dr. Latimer for the past 7 years. Shes always kind, courteous, attentive, and answers all of our questions no matter how long it takes. Dr. Latimer and her staff always make sure that we are up to date on all of Maggies shots and her heart worm and flee preventative. Our goldendoodle is 9 years old and in perfect health. We feel like we owe it all to Dr. Latimer and her wonderful staff. They have never failed to provide top notch service to our dog. I couldnt think of a better vet to take your animals to!

Through many years we have had occasion to use many veterinary providers. This is, hand down, the best provider weve ever used. Dr. Adrianne Reue is absolutely amazing! She has treated each of our dogs as if they were her own. Any treatments recommended have been thoroughly discussed as have been costs incurred. My father was a veterinarian and this is exactly the type of clinic he would have been proud to use. They are truly a veterinarians veterinarian. You wont be disappointed!

Dr Reue and her techs were wonderful with my challenging senior cat. Other vets have always sedated him to be able to examine him or get some diagnostics. But Dr Reue had faith that she and her staff could get an xray and blood work without sedation. And they did. I was truely amazed. Dr Reue was also very mindful of costs and how to best use funds. I would recommend this clinic.

Recently moved from out of state & brought all of my pups in to see Dr. Camarse. From my initial phone call through my visit, the staff was incredibly friendly & patient. Dr. Camarse was fabulous & spent plenty of time filling me in on relevant info for keeping my pets healthy in this new climate. She even called two days later to check in. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience today. They were so kind and gentle to my sweet cat, and he loved them. I did too! I will be taking all of my animals there and will also encourage others to use them. I just saw one of the office staff members and she immediately recognized me and hugged me. This is a great place, filled with amazing people.

I have been very pleased with the care of my frenchie, Pippin, here. Dr. Camarse has surprised me on several occasions personally calling me to check in on how my puppy was doing after several tense bouts with her eating things she shouldnt have. Im pleased to recommend them to others that have fur-babies.
