This is the most unfriendly vet office i have ever been to in my life. the vet tech if thats what she was stood in the office sized closet of an exam room scowling. she never said "hello" how are you? the "vet" came in ..& never once shook my hand or even introduced himself. I still have no freaking ideal if he is a vet or not. they were shot happy & shot my dog up & pushed expensive meds on me. the blob of a office receptionist was nonchalant & training a newbie. Oh boy..... prior to my check out the trainee told the breeder lady with 10 puppies "have a beautiful day" after taking her money. she probably dropped a ton of money on the visit. Needless to say my paltry $150 I spent did not generate a "have a beautiful day" DANGIT that is also my 2nd & last visit ever to this dump of a vet office & their unfriendly staff of whatever job title they might have because I sure dont know what it is. they also advised me spaying my female dog.they tried to scare me & say OH she will get cancer!!! really how many cancer studies did they study? none apparently. I sure hope the told the lady with 10 puppies to get all of them spayed & neutured...what a killing they could rack up with that one!!! DONT GO TO THIS VET OFFICE UNLESS you like being treated like garbage & overcharged in a dump office.

The evening before Thanksgiving, I brought an injured stray cat to this vet, because it is close by my house. The cat was limping, refusing to put any weight on his right front paw. The vet on duty did a very slipshod job of checking out the cats injury. She performed an x-ray, and when that came up just fine, she basically dismissed the cats injury, saying it was probably an old injury that he had aggravated. When I pressed her to investigate further, asking if perhaps it was a bite or a sting or something, she dismissed that suggestion as well. I mentioned to one of the assistants that the cat had left blood behind him when exiting the cat carrier, but either I was unheard or I was ignored, as no one felt the need to look into it. They gave the cat a shot for pain and sent us on our way. Today I got a chance to look at the cats leg more closely, and upon investigation I found a 1/2-inch cut or tear in the pad on the injured foot. It took me, *not* a trained professional, less than a minute to find the cause of his limping. The vet on duty did not do her job properly, and let me take home a cat that was still injured. I am thoroughly disgusted, and would not recommend this vet to anybody.

BEWARE this vet is good for giving shots ONLY. I have had two cats die within a week of being "treated" there one was 10 years and one was 5 weeks. The 5 week old died today less than 20 min after getting an enema after passing small dry hard stool and not eating for 2 days. Instead of giving the kitten a stool softer he recommended a enema. AFTER He took a 3 second look at him. Who the hell recommends a enema after a 3 second look. The doctor gave him a 24 mil enema which blood was present after the tube was removed. And within 20 min he looked like he was having problems breathing he turned blue and his heart stopped. I did CPR the whole way back to the vet. And it took the same vet that gave him the enema 50 seconds to get a tube in the kittens airway. That is an outrage with the way he was fumbling i wouldnt be surprised if he put the tube in down the kittens stomach. I would never recommend that anyone take their animal to this vet. they are clearly untrained and unprofessional

Ive been using this vet since 1994. I dont have any complaints whatsoever. Ive been to other places and they truly overcharge. Its not a facility that spends money to show how wonderful they are or up-to-date rooms. Its a vet/animal clinic; not a clinic that is overpricing to pay for their shiny marble flooring or individual rooms with "doggies and kitties" painted everywhere. They are a facility that takes care of animals which is not supposed to smell like perfume. Come on people, they are vet service where sick animals are brought that have a particular smell to them. If you want a vet that smells nice and have a nice price tag, then yes go somewhere else; but you are given more than adequate care for your animal at a very decent price. I wouldnt take my pets anywhere else.

We have been going to this clinic way before Dr. Sheets was the owner, back when Dr. Bob Wilson owned the clinic and for as long as I can remember we never had a problem with them. What I would suggest is that they get better customer service cause the times that I have called up there to set an appointment the lady sounds so rude. And when I have taken my Aussie there I have never been greeted! The staff that they had prior was amzing! I remeber Dr. Eddie and how great of a vet she was. We dont mind spending the money on our pets if we can afford it but last time they charged us over 800 cause they werent sure if my Aussie had parvo or not. Just cause the facility has been upgrated and looks better doesnt mean your customer service has to fall.

I Would never ever use this vet!!! Took my dane in for surgery to be fixed and get the happy tail removed and she died six hours later in my back yard in her daddies arms!!! damn doctor said she could handle the pain or I would have done one surgery at a time! money wasnt the problem I would go broke helping animals! I trusted this vet with all my heart I took every animal I ever had there!!! And now Im the one heart broken!!!!! My Dane was my child we did everything together she was my best friend and now Im going thru depression all over again!!! I please ask you not to take your babies here they want the money they do not love the work. I feel like it was my fault for bringing her here like I killed my baby!

They didnt help one of my dogs with out $$ upfront bad for business cared more about my ability to pay for services than the care of my dog who need immediate care and then told my teenager they were gonna put him down either way they just wanted to give my teenager time tocsay goodbye. they let my dog suffer for over 2 hours without medical attention and then charged me a fortune for no services rendered I would never go there again even to get my other pets shots. They are all about money not the pets

I have mixed feelings after taking my cat to be spayed. We brought in all her shots records and they still gave her two vaccines she already had (she had just gotten them less than a week prior) and they said they had some miss communication among them and could not refund our money. They did give us credit for the next time we take her in which Im not sure if I trust them enough for. The thing i was happy about though, was the vet tech, who was very nice and explained all we needed to know very clearly.
