talk about a horrible place and a horrible experience! Ok so I went to white castle around the corner and got some coffee. It was boiling hot and I put it in my cup holder. I turned the corner onto parsonage and it spilled right onto my leg. Lucky (or not so lucky) for me, this Urgent care was right there. i walked in, and to not be rude waited til i made eye contact, I told the man at the counter that I had just spilled boiling hot coffee on my leg as I turned the corner in front of their office. I was bending down holding onto my leg. This guy could not really care. He asked me if I had insurance and if I had my card. Of course I didnt have my card I wasnt planning on coming in! He rolled his eyes at me, i shouted at him that I had JUST spilled hot coffee on my leg before coming in. He asked me if I wanted an ice pack. Thanks, I took it but then he made me fill out some information on a tablet. I sat around for 2 hours like a dope, and I saw a nurse and shes asking me about medical history and prescriptions and I was like do you understand why I am here? I spilled coffee on my leg I need urgent care.... she didnt like me going outside of her list of questions and she left and got another nurse, but she didnt come back. Didnt tell me why but I guess because she didnt like me telling her I was there for a burn on my leg while she was asking me about unrelated information. The 2nd nurse tells me a doctor will be in shortly. Well 45 minutes later I had enough and left without seeing anyone. The nurse looked at my leg and said "oh its not blistering" while it obviously was. I now have a permanent scar on my leg.( this happened in March.) Maybe they could have directed me to a bathroom or gave me some wet paper towels, as ice is not the best treatment for a burn. I would avoid this place as all costs, as I know other people that have bad experiences here as well, such as them refusing to treat more than 1 condition in an office visit. Sounds to me like they are trying to rake in the money by having more office visits. Never again and I hope karma comes and bites you in the butt.

Worst place ever!!! I went in on tuesday morning for a strep test they had to send it out and they said they would get reults back in 2 to 3 days so i called thursday thinking ok its been 2 days they should have it nope i asked them if they can prescribe me something because i explained of more symptoms i developed all characteristics if strep throat they said no we have to wait for your reults. At this point i could hardly swallow or talk. So i called friday morning again still my results were not in the guy on the phone said maybe saturday we will have them back. I got upset and said i cant wait till saturday and i hung up the phone. I will not be returning here ever. I went to a different urgent care place got a rapid strep tedt done and now have antibiotics for strep throat which i could have had tuesday if they didnt make me wait. I will never be returning here! Now i know why theu shut down their other location

I highly recommend First Health Urgent Care Center in Menlo Park, Edison, New Jersey. I never had much confidence so I never went to an urgent car center. I have definitely changed my mind. I love the pad to enter your information. I did not wait long. I was greeted by Maia, a nurse practioner, who was very caring and thorough in her exam as well as providing me with information. I also met with Dr. Kahn who was very concerned about my condition. They gave me excellent advice. Called my doctor to have him see me ASAP and got me an appointment and provided me with the paperwork he would need to track the incident on Monday, August 1. I would highly recommend them. I am hoping I dont need to go back but am also hoping it will be equally as pleasant.

First time took my son there with broken foot, they couldnt find the scissors to cut the material to make a cast so after waiting 45 minutes they sent us to JFK Hospital. Today, sons ankle is swollen and he cant put any pressure on it. Hopped in to clinic to a seat. When I went to sign him in at 6:45pm the woman asked how old he is. I said 12. She said she couldnt see him tonight unless he was 16 or over but she could schedule an appt for tomorrow in their Clark office. Haha. My son cant walk. So we left and went to Kinder Pediatric Urgent Care down the road in Woodbridge. They were great. Dont be fooled by the Urgent Care sign in Edison. Its just a regular doctors office with extended hours. It is NOT AN URGENT CARE FACILITY.

I have been using this company for 4+ years now. The overall operations are the worst. The office staff is unhelpful and just down right rude. I have used this group for my yearly physical and minor symptoms that we run across as a normal relatively healthy person. Every year, I have to chase down paperwork, and had to make them re submit to my insurance company at least 2x every time. When you actually speak with a doctor, and not the staff around them, they are acceptable. But getting to the doctor and then the follow-up afterwards really isnt worth it any longer. I will find someone else going forward.

Dont come here. This place is running some kind of scam. They wont give you refill unless you are seen by the doctor and they only give 14 day worth of medication to make you go twice a month and be seen by a doctor for a medication that any doctor will give you for 90 days. They are a bunch of scam artist. I call my insurance and they couldnt believe they are doing that. Also I had an appointment at 7pm and when I got there they were closed when the door clearly says they close at 8pm. Will never go there againg. Stay away. No wonder they have crappy reviews.

I honestly havent had a bad experience here ever. Ive been using this clinic for about 3 years now (since they moved from Woodbridge) and theres never been a wait issue or anything. The longest Ive wait was probably an hour but that was because there was 3 people ahead of me. The staff has always been helpful as well as the Nurses and Doctors Ive seen. Ive gone in at opening and have been seen immediately and Ive gone near closing and still have been seen immediately. No complaints here.

I totally think they are crooks i was sick for over a week and they tell me i have a virus i call them today ask to get a antibiotic and they want another co payment from me started with sore thraot now its all in sinus when ur bringing up yellow mucus they a sign of infection ive already paid 120 in medcine that has done nothing for me total bs this place dont go there guess i should looked at the reviews before i came here
