1) The work ethic at this office is extremely horrible. I had a scheduled appointment , which I had to wait an hour to be seen by the doctor, aside from that I had to pay a $15 co-pay which I had a $20 bill to pay it with they insisted that they bill me because they didnt have any change . I stress to the women at the window that I do not like to be billed , there is no reason for the billing if I have my co pay here . After going back-and-forth some woman with a tapered haircut charged at the window saying I needed to sign off some form that they would bill me . ( I ended up paying cash looking thru my wallet) . 2) when finally going into the room to be seen by a medical assistant didnt even introduce themselves, my biggest aggravation with this office is that no one wears nametags . unfortunately this is my primary doctors office for over 15 yrs

I dont know what that other guy was complaining about, but I was having an asthma attack once & they pulled me in over every other patient sitting in waiting room. THATS URGENT. Maybe he was there for a hang nail or something else & URGENT CARE doesnt mean you get seen in less than a minute, duhhhh !! I have nothing but great experiences w this practice & love all the nurses & front desk workers as well. Oh and fyi.....Physician Assistants do same thing as a doctor ! So if your care is THAT URGENT, Im assuming you just want someone qualified to help you !

This was the worst experience Ive ever had with any physician/medical staff. From the nurse who checked my vitals to the doctor who examined me, I was made to feel as if I was wrong for even stepping foot in their office. Rude cant even begin to describe the experience. My husband, who was in the room with me, was left speechless. If you have no empathy for others, you have absolutely no business working in the medical field. I felt ill walking into the office and even worse walking out.

When the practice split, we were stuck with the worse. The front office staff here are rude, you wait for ever even if you have an appointment. Lauren, the manager and Nicole are horrible. The best AP they have is Maggie and Andres and they are not there all the time. Dont even bother with the rest. If you are looking for a new medical practice and you are or short on time, go somewhere else because even on days when you go in and the waiting room is empty, you will wait over an hour.

I like this office always on spot whenever i was sick or felt something was not right. Idk any doctors office where u didnt have to wait and when approached always in a positive attitude. When a patient has concerns they are always met.
