ANGELA THE RECEPTIONIST DOES NOT BELONG WORKING WITH PATIENTS. Angela needs to do her job and work as a receptionist. She is rude and has an attitude that she needs to get rid of if she expects to keep her job. She seems to think she can treat patients like they dont matter because she works for such a large company and thinks she can hide from the big bosses but eventually Angela will show her attitude to the wrong patient and will be dealt with appropriately. If it werent for Angela, I would have rated this place a 5 but was very disappointed today by the attitude I received from Angela. The doctor and his immediate staff are very knowledgeable and professional. It is a shame they have to deal with an unprofessional receptionist like Angela. I have been to this doctor before with my husband so I know the staff and they did not have an issue at all. They got me right in and out as usual.

Should have read these reviews before I encouraged my boyfriend to seek the advice and help of his primary care physician. What a horrible experience. She and I use "she" because she never introduced herself. Was so quick to assume and pass judgment that she never even gave the guy a chance to speak and tell her why he was there. I get that people someas unbelieveable. times seek help with an ulterior motive, that was not the case here. What I witnessed was so unprofessional and wrong...just wrong...steer clear of this facility. With the exclusion of Anthony, the lack of professionalism was unbelievable. If I didnt witness it I wouldnt have believed it.

The worst clinic in the entire world. Try to spend more time with your patients than just typing on a stupid computer. I was there just yesterday and I had a nurse practitioner to examin my throat. She literally took around 15 mins typing on her computer and less than 2 minutes to examine me. By the way what kind of medical facility that doesnt give the results for a strip culture right a way. Its not physics. For the people who know you put the culture in a specific solution and after few minutes it tells you if its positive or negative. Thank you so much Eva. So smart.

This has completely gone downhill since Dr. Paola left. Dr. Fernandes acts like she cannot even be bothered with looking at you when she walks in the room and I feel like Im diagnosing myself! I bothered to make an appointment but I dont know why since everyone in the waiting room who was there before me was seen before me. I am seriously considering switching doctors. The nurse is very nice though.

They claim to be open until 7pm but i got here at 6:20pm on a Saturday doors were closed. I called the phone number listed and was told they "they leave at 5"

This place takes forever to call back their patients. Longest I sat in here was an hour. Thats absurd when there are no other patients.

After waiting almost 2 hours of waiting to be seen Im told by a nurse not a doctor but a nurse to use icy hot and stretch.
