Dentistry deserves 0 stars. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SAVE YOUR TEETH AND YOUR MONEY. DO NOT GO HERE. I went to Dr. Kathawala for a cleaning in April of 2015. She did the "cleaning" in about 5 minutes and took some x-rays, then told me that I needed FIVE FILLINGS on my molars. I have sealants on all my molars so this didnt make sense. I asked her to show me where they were in the x-ray, and she gave me an attitude and said they were surface-level so they would not be visible in an x-ray. Seemed weird but this is supposed to be a professional dentist so I believed her. I scheduled an appointment for the fillings. She did one filling, with NO NOVOCAINE or any other numbing agent. I gave permission for that since she said it was surface level and would not hurt very much. It DID hurt. After one filling, she said we were out of time, that they only have 15 minutes per patient. WHAT!??!! No wonder my "cleaning" was useless. The tooth that she filled is still randomly sensitive sometimes to this day, 2 years later. Thank goodness they ran out of time and did not destroy more of my teeth. I reported them to the American Dental Association.

This was the worst dental appointment Ive ver had. I came in for a tooth that was bothering me but wanted to know what else I needed done. The dental assistant only took x-rays of the tooth that hurt and when I asked if she will be taking an x-ray of all my teeth I was told because this was an emergency appointment they will take x-rays of the ones that hurt. I had to clarify that no, in fact it was a scheduled appointment and I wanted to know if there was anything else to be done. Then I was told by the doctor that they were OUT of the x-ray film that would show all my teeth. A DENTIST OFFICE OUT OF X-RAY FILM FOR TEETH???? Then I was told I had a cavity and they only filling they had was silver. I didnt want silver so I was told they cant fix my cavity this time but NEXT time they should probably have it and would be able to do the x-ray and fill in my cavity. Why did I even make the appointment??? I felt as though form the beginning of the session they were leaning me towards a cleaning instead of fixing the tooth that I was having an issue with. No, there will not be a next appointment.

Well, Alliance Health Center/Horizon Health Center. You have lost another good client. This time one with a big voice and a low tolereance for inefficiency and poor customer service. You have some quality doctors and support staff on site. However they are outweighed by the incompetent, negligent, laxed and mediorce other staff persons that seem to be in abudence at your facilities from telephone operators to the CEO, whomever that may be. But I am sure that you as an organization already know that. Perhaps because you beleive that most of your clients are lower income that any level of service that you provide will be tolerated. Incorrect! Have you not noticed that the demographics of the city as well as your clients have changed? Even with that in mind, poor or not doesnt a person deserve to be treated in a timely and decent manner? You should be ashamed to have a mission that includes statements of "high quality", ""caring" and "safe enviroment". Perhaps it is time to revisit this statement or perhaps revisit the necessity of a less than quailty organization.

They are the worst health center. The staff is lazy and NEVER picks up the phone. I asked a receptionist to please fax a medical clearance to my dentist and she said she would. Nothing ever came so I called back and spoke with someone else and asked could she do the same exact thing. Right off the bat she said no, no one was available. You could obviously tell she didnt want to ask a nurse and she put me hold for 20mins. She also said the other women I spoke with told her she cannot fax the clearance either. Very unprofessional and unapologetically rude. Changing doctors like now

Big rip off. They didnt want to giv e me my lab results, instead have me make an appointment a week later to go over with a Doctor. I said, if its not an emergency why do I need to be seen by a doctor, and if its an emergency I should be able to go in immediately not a week later. They just want to charge me for the visit. Stay away from this non-sense. Horrible environment inside. People working there actually talks bad about patient.

To whom it may concern The center should change the name to " horrible health center" I never seen worst doctor place in my life since my first day their ,the only reason of going back I have no choice since I moved from NY to NJ. They have no doctors ,only midwives They have no tool you feel like 70 The worst is the costumer service (especially the lady front desk who talk with anger )to got appointment

They must be doing something right if they are still open. They have been in this location and has another one for years. I havent been here in so long but when I did come when I was a teenager they were super nice and concerned. I hope it hasnt changed

The administration clerks are not cooperative.Mr mcnett is not board certified in pediatrics and he sees infant toddler and kids.His attitude is not professional. In nutshell I do not recommend this center for treatment or management.

They scheduled me to come in today on Friday at 6:30 p.m. when the office closed at 5, I even called before I came in to make sure I still had an appointment today this place is really f****** annoying and Im never coming here again.
