I went there for a few dr appointments within the last week. I wasnt going to write anything but I have to. I got there at 2:07 my appointment was at 2 and I did not get to leave until 5, when they are closing because I had to Waite for so long and keep checking with the nurse and receptionist to see why I had to wait for so long. The next issue was I came to get blood drawn and I was told to go this womans office to catch her before break, ok cool. I go there and shes on the phone, ok...I get that because your not seeing any patients at the moment. She inquired about who I was and why I was there and told me to sit down (still on the phone, shes got her earbuds in tho! "So its ok!") I sit and she starts preparing stuff for the procedure (still on the phone) she ties the band around my arm to take the blood and she was STILL ON THE PHONE! I had to ASK her if she could get off the phone while shes taking blood from my arm! First off no patient should have to ask whoever is seeing them if they should get off the PHONE while theyre being seen. And when she got off she tells the person something like "I gotta call you back this girl wants me to get off the phone while I draw blood from her" with an attitude, and as she proceeds she tries to reassure me that shes so good because shes been drawing blood for 28 yrs. use to practice on her daughter every day and did all the inmates at whatever prison. I am the patient, I dont care how many people you have worked on, people make mistakes all the time, there is NO justification for one being on the phone having a FULL conversation while they have a patient in the room. The next inscident was when I went to get a shot. I sit down and this woman takes the needle out and just goes to stick it in my arm with no warning! I use to get this shot in my stomach so I alerted her immediately and she says I never gave it in the stomach before. So naturally Im thinking "you never gave it in the stomach before, what?!" And I back up, she tells me "she doesnt have time to play with a needle in her hand" and JABBS me in my stomach WITHOUT WARNING AT ALL! I naturally flexed my tummy (which one shouldnt do when getting an injection in their stomach). Ever since then (that was about 1:30 today, it is now 8:11 pm.)I have felt pain in my stomach, in the abdominal area, and I cant flex my tummy, I also had diarrhea, the flexing one does when they talk was even difficult for me to do. - now Ive had the shot before, twice in my stomach and did NOT feel pain like this AT ALL I even had to call out of work because it hurt so bad. I gave this PARTICULAR office two stars because of the doctors though, the doctors are good, but the people beneath them, from my experience. NO. Considering the receptionist, the male nurse and computer workers, no issues with them. As for the office in East Orange at 444 Williams st. Ive been there before as well and no problems like this once so EVER.

Just moved back to town and i am 6 to 7 months pregnant. Called to make a doc appointment and was told I had to go to the hospital. When I explained the situation again the lady put me on hold and then sent me to another lady answer machine without notice. Pathetic customer service skills
