The most unprofessional healthcare experience ever!! I went for a dot physical and drug screening. The old lady said my urine had no temperature then tried to call my job, then said I had to take a "monitored test " . She was completely out of her mind. Very rude and tried to ignore me when I was speaking to her. The man with the dreadlocks was not any better. Ive been cdl driving for 12 yrs and never had this happen to me. They was completely out of line . The doctor felt a need to mention on DOT physical log form paperwork that I had "multiple tattoos". I didnt even notice it until my job pointed it out to me and asked,what does that have to with anything. They need to fire certain ones in that staff IMMEDIATELY, because it makes them look terribly bad. I am going to report them and make board aware that this staff stereotypes the patients and do not know how treat people with care and respect as a so called healthcare professional is expected to do. They are FAILURES

OMG, dont waste your time! Went there because my OJI case worker recommended it for Urgent Care. Advised the Front office clerk I had an OJI in Feb. & case worker sent me here.....but, I could also use my personal insurance. She (Andrea) stated that they ONLY do OJIs & DO NOT accept personal/private insurance. I phoned my insurance co. & they provided this facility again as an Urgent Care provider. Called & Andera answered. I asked "Do you accept private insurance" answer: Yes. Second question: Why did you tell me last nite that this facility DOES NOT accept private insurance. She than went into an erray of Bullsh*t. Stating I informed her it WAS an oji, blablabla.....Totally unprofessional, no compassion, perhaps she should be un a different field if work....she certainly DOES NOT help people....onlu frasturates you more & you still havent been seen by a Dr. Its called URGENT CARE, not a BULLSH*T session. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Please avoid this place if you can. I cut my ring finger with glass and i went here as an urgent care....it took them 4 to 5 hours for a doctor to see me.....and the doc did an x ray and another 1 hr before he could see me. He put 3 stiches which i should never have one. It was not that much of abog cut. He called me in 2 days time and i went in payed 40 dollars co-pay. I waited for 2 hours and later the other doctor said this visit was unnecessary. Then the doctoer just said to come after a week. Now im here literally waiting for 1 hour now and they havent even registred me..its going to be a long long time before i see the doctor and before i have my stiches taken out they made me fill out the paperworks again....are u kidding me??...i would recommend people avoid this place for management and also the tendency to earn money more than to do the service that is so important. Thank you.

Staff is very unprofessional & some barely speak English. A worker barely could type the address of the where I live & needed to call for help from others who did speak English. My entire visit was through workers compensation & however no one here could figure out any information even though I provided all the necessary paperwork work. My workers compensation agent provided countless information & still this place was left confused trying to figure out what to do next. Instead of asking me questions they stood around & argued countlessly. The biggest issue is a tremendous language barrier since I didnt speak Spanish. I dont recommend anyone ever come here unless youre fluent in Spanish.

This is the worst place Ive ever gone for a urine screen. My job set me here as part of the pre screening process and I have never waited so long for anything. They seem to be working hard but obviously mixed up my paperwork. People who got here well after me were being seen before me and leaving before me when all I had to do was pee in a cup. If you have the option, go to the office in Elizabeth before you go to this office. There is no way they can be slower and less competent then these people.

The Doctors, Nurses and Physical Therapists are very professional. Cons: They say you need an appointment, whats the point if you still have to wait 3 hours to be seen by the Doctor. 1 hour & 45 minutes for check out!!!!!smh Front receptionists are hostile, and unprofessional.They can easily give you an attitude if you have questions or concerns.They always respond in Spanish even though you speak to them in English.

Well big run around with these ppl doctors rude dont care beg for pain pills didnt get them try to send me to work cant even walk told me some false things to prolong my surgery sent me to therapy wasnt helping I think they thought I was faking my injury then had to get reevaluated got a MRI now they believe me have to have surgery that place is unprofessional!!!

Better off going to the morge!!!!! Have gone twice to see the doctor and had the worse medical experience ever. First time the Doctor refused to see me and put me back to full duty...Second time today 04/17/2017 went in at 10:30 left at 12:15 a whole hour waiting just for a prescription! That office is a joke

Lousy service. The nurse actually chewed gum with her mouth open throughout the pre exam. Been here two hours already. They misplaced the authorization from my job, then lied and said it just got faxed over when they found it. Avoid this place if you can. Flies in the exam room its 19 degrees outside.

Not the place for a D.O.T physical, drug test& worker comp customers get seen first which will turn that 2hr wait they lie and tell you to 6hrs... Professional to a certain extent.... Appointments doesnt matter if service is not in fast track you will wait&wait...

Highly disliked my experience here. Couldnt check co pay amount over phone. Waited 2 hours to be registered. 20 mins for doctor once I was in back (after asking for one) then waited 15 more minutes for out patient prescription. Simply miserable

We sat there and waited for 2hrs before we could see a doctor, once in the dr. Office we waited for another hour. And 30 min waiting to checkout. Horrible service !!!!
