The people at the front desk are very unprofessional and hateful. Today is 10/14/15, and I have been going to this clinic since I was a baby. My mother was divorced and was left with three children, so naturally she took us to a clinic to get the health care we all needed. Today of all days, they were rude to me, denied me service, and degraded me on the phone with my mother. I asked one of the women to speak to my mother on the phone, to clarify why I am there and any issues they had that I could not answer. She took my phone and she put it facedown on her desk. As if to have my mother talking to herself. She joked about it with her friends, and laughed about it in my face. I hope she reads this and understands that her job is to help people and that she works in a clinic for a reason. You are not better than anyone, so please be a human and help another fellow human out -- someone who is experiencing pain with her teeth. I would never wish such hateful feelings on another human being. Just because you hate your job, doesnt mean you shouldnt act like a woman who doesnt care about the people begging for help in front of her. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I advise everyone who reads this review to do the same.

The told me I need to have a tooth pulled under IV and oral surgery when I went to St. Josephs Dental Clinic, they filled it in an hour fine! On top of that they told me last night that I could come in as a walk in today at 8:30am today because I have a dental emergency. I went there waited two hours to find out, "they would not see me, even tough they said they would." THey told me," they are over booked full (but there was not one person in the office.) Last year a Dr. Diamond at this (Clinton Health Center on PResidential Blvd) gave my teeth a cleaning and told me "Jill, you have no cavities), when I went to St. Josephs yesterday they told me I had tons of cavities so Dr Diamond lied to me. Also, after he cleaned my teeth, I had pain like he put holes in them immediately after the cleaning and this is when the pain started. This mysterious Dr, DIamond is no where to be foundl

This is seriously the most unprofessional place Ive even had to deal with. Came in at 11:30am 3 hours later the realize Im pregnant 4 hours later they confirmed they had a problem with the system and couldnt do anything for me

Its very hard to get these people over the phone.. worst clinic ever. I dont recommend no one to even go here because the gals at the front desk can be rude at times

I took my children here and some of the nurses are so rude. The pediatricians are great, but the professionalism of the nurses is appalling.
