Let me preface this by stating that in spite of the rude staff,long waits,and uncomfortable (less that clean) surroundings I have put up with using this practice as my health needs were minuscule at best. This past February, I called to see Dr. Sasidhar as I had what I thought was bronchitis. After the long wait (as usual) I was examined in a rushed way and sent for a chest x ray due to further concerns. I went directly to the off site location for the test. The x ray tech. stated that the results would be sent by end of the same day. Hearing nothing the next day, I called the office and was told that the results had not arrived and they would call me when they were received. After two more days and still not feeling better (congestion and shortness of breath) I called again and was told the same thing; not here yet. I called the imaging center and they confirmed that the results were sent the same day as I was tested. After two more calls and less than courteous responses; I was told that I would not hear back from the Dr. as she never agreed to call me (not true). The person (not a medical professional) I spoke to during my last call told me that I needed to see a cardiologist and pulmonologist as there was evidence of an enlarged heart and further investigation was needed re: the lung congestion. THIS WAS NOT A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL GIVING ME THIS NEWS. I couldnt get a dr. to speak to me. Never a followup, rude and curt person on the other end of the phone and I felt no better. Obviously the lack of concern spells dont bother coming back to me.

They have horrible patient relations. The office manager is rude and nasty. She has no patient or social skills. The only thing this office thinks of is money. I went to see the doctor in September, so I had a recent appointment and would not need another. I needed them to sign my shot records so that I could send them into the school I was transferring to. They ran me around for two weeks and then finally as I was at the deadline for this paper to be submitted they tell me I have to come in and have an appointment with the doctor for a TB shot that I did NOT need. All they wanted was to get an appointment out of me so that they could get paid. I am livid. All of my records are in row and because they greedy they have my education backed up. I and my family will not be returning.

I love them my daughter is a little to old to see a pedestrian for what was needed I called explained the situation and they fit me in immediately with Dr. Vaidehi Sasidhar. I found the office manager Bethanne Martin to be extremely understanding , she introduced her self ( when there was no need, how often do you get that being a new patient ). even the medical asst (who I thought was a dr with her knowledge of what we were going though) was so nice I believe her name was laura. The woman that drew my daughters blood sue again could not be more understanding that my daughter was freaked out by the sight of a needle. Love them

DO NOT GO HERE! They do not care about you they only care about money! They wouldnt even let me do a basic test today instead of waiting in the waiting room for an hour with a sick baby! They are disgusting and I wouldnt send anyone to this low grade medical facility.
