I came in to Dr. Hawkins to have a small plate removed in my lower jaw first screw fell out not attached to the Bone second screw was apparently still attached very well in my jaw bone. He was prying up under plate and my jaw bone and pulling up with hemostats on the screw for about 10 minutes. I couldnt take it no more hat got yelled at for moving from his assistant. As a retired mechanic I knew something wasnt right.I took a picture of the one screw on his table that he had removed to find out the screw has a 6 point Torx on the top of it so it can be screwed in or screwed out . By that time he had walked out of the room. I said to him you dont have a bit for this screw. So he digs in a drawer takes the screw to find ta bit that fits the screw that was on the counter then takes it and a wrench and just unscrews it. That simple no pain. I cant believe he would try and try to pull out of a bong a screw when all he had to do is unscrew it no apology no nothing that was done Stitch me up he left out of room didnt see him no more. I will make sure I check reviews of any doctor dentist for now on this guy does not need to be an oral surgeon. There was no need for my pain and suffering when it was so simple just use the right tool for the job people dont go there check the reviews for you go there not good old equipment nothing updated and I have never posted any review in my life thats how bad it was thank you Danny Young

My son had oral surgery, he was extremely nervous. Dr. Hawkins and his staff reassured him that they would take great care of him and they did! We were very happy with his office and his staff. We were informed on what to do after the surgery and they were ready to answer any questions I had without feeling like I was being pushed out the door. Thank you so much Dr. Hawkins and staff!
