Please go somewhere else! I came here because of the good reviews but they have been a mess. I came in there, gave them my insurance and they told me what it would cover and how much then I got some work done a week later. About a month after I get a letter in the mail saying I needed to pay over $700 and come to find out the materials they use for cavities wasnt covered by insurance but they failed to even mention to me that was a possibility. I went in there and the front desk lady was really rude acting like it wasnt her job to let patients know their insurance might not cover the cavity fillings they have. She said I had awhile to try and resolve it with my dental insurance and that she would send in an appeal and I should as well. Just a few weeks later I got another letter in the mail saying "Plz-Try to just make some sort of payments to keep from collections. Thx." Then 5 days later a letter from collections and another 5 I get another one. They are very unprofessional, luckily I got it paid off so I dont have to deal with shady business tactics.

Dr. Kardaris and her Staff are wonderful! Like many, dental work was something Ive dreaded and put off for countless reasons... Besides fear of the actual dental work, Ive always felt as though dentists were completely set in their ways, and that I had no control over the process. That is certainly not the case at New Age. Dr Kardaris and her Staff ALWAYS take the extra time to assure that Im comfortable, fully aware of what is taking place, and that Im in as little pain as possible. Ive never felt rushed, nor did I feel that I was just another payment walking through the door. I needed EXTENSIVE work and Im still in the process, but no longer do I have anxiety attacks on the drive to the dentist. Not once have I felt ashamed or embarrassed for the condition of my teeth. A family member introduced me to Dr. Kardaris, and I have referred her to several of my friends. Take the first step and set up a consultation with New Age Dental, I promise you will be impressed.
