Dr. Larson is a scammer, or at the very least, recklessly recommends complicated and expensive procedures when theyre not even close to necessary. Weve been going to Dr. Larson for several years now after moving and had always thought highly of him until recently when he recommended two crown procedures for very small cavities. I mentioned that I preferred not to get more crowns, if possible, because I already had many of them. He responded, "a crown is always good," which raised my suspicions because Ive heard from other dentists that one should refrain from getting crowns unless absolutely necessary since they require irreparable damage to the original tooth. We received a second opinion from another dentist, who unfortunately lives in another state, but who has been our family friend for 15 years, so we trust her deeply. She was shocked by what Dr. Larson demanded of us, saying that my dental issues could be resolved with two simple filling procedures. Will never be returning to Dr. Larson as I think he puts his financial interests far ahead of a patients dental health. Now Im questioning the multiple fillings and other procedures hes recommended we do every time we visit--I guess well never know whether those were done because we needed them or because he wanted to make money. If youre looking for a conservative, prevention-focused dentist who prioritizes your long-term dental health, this dentist is not for you.

I started going to Dr. Larson because I had heard such great things about him. I am happy to say that everything I heard was correct. When I called to set an appointment they were able to get me in within the week. Everyone in the office was very professional and efficient. I didnt have to spend a long time setting in the waiting room. All of the equipment was very modern. Even the x-rays were digital. The hygienist was very friendly and did a great job cleaning my teeth. I even got a FREE whitening treatment. I didnt have any cavities, yay! But I do have three places that I need implants. Dr. Larson talked to me about my options and referred me to an oral surgeon. Dr. Larson showed me a portfolio of his work. He does great cosmetic dentistry work. I decided to have Dr. Larson do my implants. I was so happy with the treatment I received at Wildhorse Dental that I have made appointments to take both of my children there as well.

My husband called Wildhorse Dental this morning because I had a severe toothache and they were able to get me in today! When I arrived I was greeted by a very nice and professional staff. They got me back right away and I saw Dr Larson within the first 5 minutes I was in the chair. He sat and talked with me about what I was wanting done not only immediately but in the future. He LISTENED to me instead of trying to sell me something. Then extracted the teeth that were giving me problems quickly and pain free. I dont have great teeth but I never felt judged or insulted. I feel the staff really cared about relieving my pain and about me in general. Thank you Dr. Larson and staff!! I will finally get some relief and a good nights sleep!! I encourage anyone looking for a dentist to go here! Clean comfortable professional and friendly

I have had excellent experiences at Wildhorse Dental. The entire staff seems to genuinely care about doing the best job possible. Stacey is patient and thorough, Mandi is detail-oriented and knowledgable, and Anne is considerate and adept. With the multiple procedures Dr. Larson has performed, he has taken the time and attention to detail to make sure that the work is done correctly. He has also listened to my priorities and has been strategic about fixing multiple problems in a short amount of time while still thinking of my long-term health. In addition, the entire staff has been very cognizant of making sure that my insurance is maximized but that I do not go over my yearly benefit. I am definitely not someone who loves going to the dentist, but it is encouraging that the team at Wildhorse Dental is skilled and trustworthy.

Dr. Larson is an excellent dentist, whose emphasis is on efficiency, quality, compassion, and care. He has provided fantastic service to me for over two years, but I am especially appreciative of my latest visit and cant thank him enough for his flexibility and understanding, in providing me an emergency appointment when I needed it most. One of my crowns (from another doctor, years prior) came loose, on a Friday night, and I had extensive international travel scheduled for Monday. Dr. Larson understood what an urgent situation this was for me, and he graciously arranged a weekend appointment, during which he saved and reseated my crown in under a half an hour, allowing me to continue with my international travel. Yet another easy, pain-free, customer-service-oriented visit -- and dentistry at its best!

At lunch one day last week, I cracked a tooth and had no idea what to do. I called Dr. Earl Larson’s office, and they worked me in their schedule within an hour. Dr. Larson told me I needed a crown and proceeded to do the work. Unlike the two other crowns I have had in the past, his procedure was painless and the recovery was very quick. I would recommend Dr. Larson for anyone’s dental needs. His work is excellent and his office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I found myself a new dentist. Call him today!

Best. Dental team. Ever. I switched to them maybe 2 years ago and have had an excellent experience on every visit without exception. Anne at the front is always friendly and remembers me by name. Mandi is awesome and always has excellent conversation. And Dr. Earl is a master of his craft as well as just an all around fun guy to be around. His attention to detail when he did my filling really wowwed me versus other dentists in the past. I recommend them to everyone I know.
