I took my daughter today for a well check. She quickly informed me that because I did not vaccinate my child that I should have not been able to make an appointment. Dr. Austin could have been way more professional and still gave exceptional service. She chose though to be rude, short, and not willing to give her best despite her opinion. I get your opinion but as a parent you have no right to treat a person as though they are not worthy of your service. Mind you my insurance did pay you, its not like I can get a refund. Next time, dont forget your making an impression on the little people too. My daughter is 11 yrs old, she knew you were being rude without even telling her....why? Because my daughters last doctor was kind, and unwavering about her service not her need to have HER opinion to be heard. Just simply not impressed today!!

Our 3 children saw Dr. Austin for about 18 months. Today I made an appointment for my son to be seen for 4 minor issues (and informed the staff what these issues were on the phone and at the beginning of our appointment). When Dr. Austin entered the room she informed us she "only had time to discuss 2 of the 4 issues" because they had only booked her 15 minutes with us. Completely unprofessional. I am reluctantly giving her 2 stars instead of 1 because she was quick to prescribe medication for our children when it was needed and I appreciated that.

Dr Austin is friendly, great with our child and takes the time to make sure we are comfortable with the plan of care she recommends. Exceptional doctor and great office staff!
