Kinetikchain is hands down the only place I would recommend for anyone that is experiencing pain and mobility issues. I had tried so many chiropractic and acupuncture/physio practices to no avail,I was in constant pain due to a lower back injury and had almost given up believing I would ever not be in pain, Well was I wrong!. Within a few weeks I was back to my old self after the team at Kinetik chain pinpointed the root cause of my issues and prescribed daily excercises and mobility drills along with some good old fashioned dry needling and active release methods, cannot say enough good things about my experience at kinetik chain. If you are looking for a family of great people that are amazing at what they do, you have found it!!.

Landan and the entire team from check-in all the way through exceeded my expectations. After suffering my first low back pull in 8 years, I woke the day after (Sat) barely able to walk and fearing the worst. After three visits the following week (M, W & F), I was back to about 90%. 10 days later, Im back working out in the normal classes. These guys ALWAYS fix me up. I have old, chronic issues from gymnastics, ballet, soccer, etc and they know how to address WHY something is causing pain not just WHAT is hurting. They fix underlying issues so you can perform and feel better int he long run. Plus they are next door neighbors to the first CrossFit gym in Dallas which means they know what athletes and people who workout regularly need to stay in the game. I always refer people to Kinetik, try them out.

Landan and Chris are great at resolving muscle related pain and nerve impingment (CTS). They have several techniques they can use to speed up the healing process. You can go for the simple but effective ART or if you want faster results then they also can use SATM. I have always had great results from the treatments on my shoulder/arm. Highly recommended.
