Dr. Jace Foss is absolutely wonderful and I have found him to be invaluable to my continued health and wellness. Upon walking in the door, the warm atmosphere makes me feel comfortable and the doctors and staff always make me feel welcome. It has been my observation that patients at Foss Spine and Wellness are always happy and have such a positive and grateful attitude. Dr. Jace is compassionate in his care and is committed to his patients’ health and well-being. He always listens carefully to any questions and concerns I have and answers them in a manner that is easy to understand. I also appreciate how Dr. Jace takes the time to educate me on my neck/back issues and teaches me how I can better my health so I am able to live a life full of vitality. Dr. Jace has greatly impressed me with his empathy, knowledge, passion and desire to help that I have confidently referred family and friends to his practice for their chiropractic treatment.

My experience at Foss Spine and Wellness has been nothing less then amazing! Dr Adam has been so great at explaining at every single thing he does and why. I have learned so much since my first appointment and already(after 4 visits) can feel the progress he is making with my adjustments. Dr. Adam is always interested in my family, remembers things about my kids that Ive told him, and truly cares about all of his patients! Although I havent had the pleasure of working with Dr Jace yet, I have seen him also interact with his patients and he, too, is a genuine, caring and friendly Dr! Youre truly missing out if you dont receive your chiropractic care at Foss Spine and Wellness!

I had actually returned to see Dr. Shogren after moving back to Moorhead from Arizona, only to find that he had retired. Dr. Foss saw me instead and I have to say, I am very pleased with his services! My xrays showed some pretty bad issues with my lower back, but he practices gentle yet effective techniques that have already helped me after only 4 visits. He is friendly and knowledgeable and Holly (the receptionist) has always been fantastic and very kind. I highly recommend seeing Dr. Foss for any chiropractic issues you may have! Oh, and the roller beds are a fantastic bonus :-)

He adjusted my daughter a month after she was born and we have been going back every since on a regular basis to stay healthy. His newly renovated office is absolutely beautiful! Dr. Jace Foss and his staff are amazing! They are so kind a generous with their time and really explain what is going on within your body and how to improve you quality of life. Ive been going there for almost 3 months and Ive had a HUGE improvement with my back mobility. Coming there is a true pleasure in my day, I know I will always be greeted with a smile! I went to Dr. Shogren for 29 years, then Dr. Jace took over when Dr. Shogren retired. Dr. Jace is very knowledgeable at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help from a chiropractor. I have had 3 spinal surgeries, thinking I should not be seeing a chiropractor, but Dr. Jace has helped me a lot. Happy to see that Holly is still with us! I dont like change but Dr. Jace has proven himself to really help his patients.
