Ive been to many great chiropractors. This is not one of them. On one of my last visits he couldnt hear my back pop, so he kept trying to make it happen with more and more force. He caused injury to my back that took over a year to recover. For a while I thought I was permanently affected, and couldnt even stand long enough to take a shower. I had to sit at work and in the shower for over a month. I told him his treatments were causing pain and he said it was my fault for bending at the waist. Just so everyone knows, "the worst thing you can do is bend at the waist". Hmm. Really? I asked him how I was supposed to tie my shoes. His answer: "it would be better to wear slip on shoes so you dont have to bend". Apparently humans arent supposed to have this ability, so dont pick up your child, lean over to turn on a faucet, or pick up anything off the floor, ever. It is normal though to twist your waist with hundreds of pounds of force and perform the same assembly line "treatment" on every patient, no matter the ailment. I cant caution you enough. Avoid this practice.

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE. last year when I moved to this part of Dallas I decided to try the joint, I had been under another Chiro before and my uncle is also a Chiro in another state. I know what good Chiro care looks like, this is not it. Dr Jack is extremely rough and doesnt do an evaluation of your body before he cracks you, he just does the same maneuvers on every single person to make the money. Needless to say I went only like 2 times and In those times he INJURED my neck. I was in so much pain after his adjustment it landed me in the ER. I now have bulging discs in my neck and I had NEVER had neck pain before this time. Never had problems until then. Its taken a lot of suffering and medical bills to treat what he caused. Never go there ever. He also treats pregnant women when hes not even certified to do so. Horrible care. But people, I guess this is what I got for going to a cheap place with chiros who arent fully trained, thats why the joint places keep popping up everywhere. Find a trustworthy and experienced Chiro elsewhere! You get what you pay for.

They seemed nice but its not cool to lie to a pregnant person saying that youre certified to treat pregnant clients just to turn around and find out theyre not certified. Is it worth it to risk a mom and baby just to make a quick buck??.... apparently it is at this place! The lady at the front desk was eager to get me in saying they did treat pregnant women, walked in with lower back pain left with the exact same pain. It was a waste of $29. Found out by Dr. Jack that theyre not webster certified, which is a must if youre treating pregnant clients. So just fyi.

Dr. Jack is great; he is always concerned about how you are doing, improving or if you need extra attention in an area. He is willing to go above and beyond for you to be in the best adjusted health. They have several different payment plans available. I always feel so much better after being adjusted in The Joint with Dr. Jack.

I felt worse leaving here than when I walked in. I have been a patient at The Joint for 6 months, and have been satisfied until I came to this location. Now I am going back to the office I usually go to so they can undo what this office did.
