If you dont mind waiting over an hour, I waited 1hour and 10 minutes before I left without seeing Dr. Polloi. My appointment was at 9:15. The lady that works there had the nerve to tell me that she wished she had never made that appointment for me. Not half as much as me. Like they are the only office In town. I have heard that he is one of the best in town though. Good luck.

Dr. Botros is AMAZING with kids!! Its like hes a pediatrician! My son is 2.5 years old and just had tubes put in his ears - it literally took less than 10 minutes. Dr. Botros is fantastic about explaining everything and doesnt pressure you at all. He is one of the best doctors Ive ever had - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

One of the best Doctors I have ever seen. Great personality, very intelligent, great explanation of treatment options, great staff, and outstanding surgical work. Had septo and turb reduction yesterday afternoon... went just as he described and I have been feeling great. Highly recommend.
