Dr Dixon is a provider to be avoided. i had been seeing him for 16 months, on medication, maintenance requested 90 day supply, to control cost and convenience, office complied , then reverted to 30 day supply resulting in multiple visits, increased cost where DR Dixon provided no care, just filled out pad. When I ran out of last prescription, I called registered a complaint, and was given a same day complaint, 15 minutes later his officer manager called me back and stated DR Dixon would not keep the schedule appointment the office made. DR Dixon is in flagrant violation of ethical standards of care, specifically abandonment of patient in his care, a unilateral decision made by him, without sufficient notice to find another provide, and no reasonable reason to discontinue care. I have filed a formal complaint with AMA

Dr.Dixon is a very good doctor. He has been my sole care provider for 10+ years. And has been great. I did have a medical issue that was brought to him. It wasnt a straightforward diagnoses. Dr. Dixon did standard testing and was unable to pinpoint the issue. Weeks later he called me personally to request more info about my condition. Shortly after that conversation he contacted me to advise me of a hazardous work condition I was exposing myself and other to. We were able to adjust or work area to prevent further health hazards for ourselves and others. Dr. Dixon went above and beyond, as well as took my health issue resolution/diagnosis personally, until he was able to accomplish a correct diagnosis. #DRDIXONILM

Visiting Dr. Dixons office today was a wonderful experience. Sean at the front desk was friendly and helpful, Kristen the medical assistant was caring, patient, and a great listener, and Dr. Dixon was warm, helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. I look forward to future visits.
